Had the worst experience at Hobby Lobby today. Rude and unhelpful lady working in the fabric department. Ive been in the store a few times and had no problems before. The lady today (I believe her name was Shirley?) refused to help cut the fabric for the project Im working on for my baby. I expressed to her that I was somewhat inexperienced and could use some help, and had been there before and someone had cut the fabric for me. She literally said what her job description was and it didnt include what I was asking her to do. Needless to say, I left the fabric and her bad attitude there and walked out the store.

Awful Customer Service. We went there to exchange some canvases my mother bought (wrong sizes) and once there weve been told that we were going to receive 30% less just because we didnt have the ticket. Just to clarify the canvases are Masters Touch (exclusive brand of Hobby Lobby) and they have a tag with the price (the one that my mother paid). Their Return policy sucks and the attitude of the employees and manager Ronnie is even worse. Wont go back again.

This is my first and last time shopping at hobby lobby. I just looked at my receipt and realized that Terry (the cashier/sales clerk) overpriced us for everything. It seems like she just put whatever price she wanted for our items not the price that was on the stickers. Id go back up there but the store is way out of my way. This was a terrible experience and Im highly dissappointed.

We went to the framing department to have a 200 year old hand stitched sampler framed. The framer, Christian, was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to handle the fabric. Not only did he keep our budget in mind, he did a most excellent job of framing this antique print. If you have anything to frame, go to Hobby Lobby!

I went for 2 jars of Testors model paint and came out with 10 and a bunch of other modeling stuff. Very useful for modeling supplies and even some more advanced ones. I always find here something that I did not I need it. And using the 40% off coupons make for some great finds!

Friendly staff, good store. Seemed understaffed when I was there, and finding what you need without having to find someone among the understaffing is difficult. It took two people to help me find something because it was not marked at all.

Just a bunch of trash and art supplies. A few rockets but not a lot of cool stuff like explosives, rc cars, or chemicals. I recommend that if you are looking for cool stuff, shop elsewhere or online.

I love going to Hobby Lobby. The employees are friendly, courteous and helpful. I love going there. Great customer service. Very clean and organized. I love going there to buy art supplies.

This one is a bit bigger than the perimeter location. Prices are reasonable (especially with the 40 percent of coupon). Good ideas for little projects for the kids.
