Pathetic customer service. I approached an employee to ask if someone could make a bow from ribbon I had chosen. I was told, rudely, that I had 2 minutes (the time was 2 minutes until 5pm). No thanks...Ill spend twice as much to make it myself.

Decently well stocked. Its good for quick art supplies, but watch the coupons, it always seems like they run sales so you cant use them.

Some of the aisles are a bit skinny, and it seems a bit smaller than the one at Bridgewater Falls, but other than that, it is Okay.
