Great staff! Very helpful and friendly! But their upholstery fabric prices are obscene!! The prices are marked WAYYYY up! Just to offer a discount, but even then the pricing is still much lower than it should be and what you will find at places like Decorating Den, the Fabric places on Howell Mill and Fabrics and Fringe!!! EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY high. The other thing is that they offer 60% off coupons on line. However the fabric is almost ALWAYS "on sale" and the coupons do not apply!!!! Sucks! I paid $25 per yard for fabric that I dont think should have cost more and $15.00. The one good thing is that you can return fabric after having it cut. No one else does that... so maybe thats why their prices are sooo high. Still a bit much!

Big waste of my time going here. They were out of what I needed and the customer service was terrible. Spoke to two employees about what I was looking for and it seemed like a big inconvenience to both of them. I understand that things sell out, but left without any resolution (employee said it takes 2-3 weeks to get something from another store ???? or from warehouse). Went right down the road to Bed, Bath, and Beyond and got everything I needed-in and out in 15 minutes.

I love this store! If you are creative you will have fun shopping here. Most of the staff is very nice and professional, but they have hired some grouchy old ladies who get annoyed if you ask a question. My husband was shocked by how rude 2 of the granny employees responded when I asked a question. I wish I would have filmed it. I will next time and I will definitely share it with the world.

I went in looking for a couple of items, and only found one. But it was a triumph, because I have been looking for a smaller spring form pan that wasnt four inches; I finally found a six inch pan, so that I can make decently sized cheesecakes for holiday gifts.

Depends on what you need. Pretty good craft selections. Specially in paper crafts, i.e., journals, card making, scrapbooking, etc. I find them to be a bit pricey.
