I shop at Michaels all of the time. I get great service at most locations. However, today, my telephone experience with not one, but 2 people at the Cobb location - 2540 Cumberland Blvd SE c, Smyrna, GA 30080, left me feeling frustrated!! I spoke to one associate this morning & she had no clue about a class that I was inquiring about even though its listed on their website. I called back later & spoke to a manager- Cyndi. She was very impatient & down right RUDE! She seemed bothered that I had questions. However, I would not have had questions, if the first associate was better informed. I asked if there was someone else that I could speak to because she was being rude, but of course she said there was no one else there. Poor customer service!!

While I received the product I needed, and while staff was attentive at the time of shopping, I would be wary of the sales signs posted. In my experience, the signs only applied to some of the product and were not clear as to what was and was not included in the sale. When I brought my receipt back for clarification, the employee was short and rude, though I was simply trying to receive clarification and not actually fighting the purchase.

i would give 0 stars if i could. HORRIBLE SERVICE the managers were really rude and did not pay attention to any of the customers, they were only on their phone when an employee needed their help, they ignored her. i would not shop at this store. it is devastating and really disappointing that no one cared to help when i needed their help in the flower area!!!! such a shame this store is open

I did not find what I was looking for and the only person that asked me if I needed assistance was the lady at checkout. I enjoy the deals that I find and usually get good service but I usually go during the week when there is less people.

They have great special and prices. Everyone is very friendly. Make sure you pay attention though because I got charged for 6 oil sents & only wanted 3. Supervisor said come to store with receipt but I live 30 mins away... Smh .

The kind of staff that is just there for a paycheck, on there phones while on the floor, and say "Go on with your day" instead something like "thank you, have a nice day" at check out. Ill take my business elsewhere

This Michael is very nice but its different from my Michaels that I usually go to. This one seems a little smaller but the service was amazing because like always they always go out of their way to help a customer.

They have so many cool crafts, painting, stitching, etc. stuff you can spend hours in this store. But if you know what you need specifically, you can also just find it in a few minutes and be on your way.

This store has been here for decades. I never really need it except for kids arts and crats or Christmas decorations but its nice to have a place to go to that specializes in this sort of thing.

Good for paints and similar supplies, I would suggest getting framing done elsewhere as they are kind of pricey compared to some local framing shops
