There is no organization and this is the worst laid out store I have ever been in. Everything is everywhere and no one knows where any one thing in particular is. For example if youre looking for a picture frame they are in one picture frame section and in also every corner of the store, or if youre looking for contact cement spray well no one knows where that is and it could be in one of four sections in different parts of the store? The friendly staff tries to be helpful but often they dont know where anything is as well.

Hobby Lobby is great but they need a barcode system or better way of tracking inventory. Returns are a nightmare. If they make a mistake in ringing something up (charged wrong amount), etc there is no way for you to return bc you cant prove it even with the receipt. Buy with caution. Only if you know you wont need to return/exchange.

Funny how people have nothing better to do than complain..wah i cant bring my dog in..i dont see any signs at longhorn steakhouse that say i cant bring a pet alligator. Wahhh i dont like thier religious beliefs! Then dont shop there you big cry babies..wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Someone clearly cant do math at this store. 2 items at 79.99 plus 30% off each should be 56$ they marked them 59.99 then try to tell me no and would not sell them to me for the correct price. Poor management and poor customer service skills. False advertising.

Obsessed and addicted to this store! They always have great sales and they are always very friendly when I go in and let me know of sales going on that I may have missed. Cant wait to go again the week to start my latest project -- our wedding Scrap book! <3

Ii love this store. The prices are great and I always find what I am looking for. I enjoy the christian music being played. So much to choose from. Wide variety of everything. Keep up the great work Hobby Lobby

I so love all the parts and crafts stuff things they have there. Also, all the signs and decorations, holiday decorations!!! I even got a lot of my wedding decorations from there two and a half years ago.

The staff are friendly for the most part. They have the shelving turned differently and I really like it. They still have like objects together. You can see all the way to the back of the store. Love it.
