I called in an order to hold and I though that was pretty great!!) when I got there the lady pulled it up and started scanning it before I could look at it. I asked for two of the same foam beads and she thought I would like something else more so she gave me something different. I asked for silver chunky glitter and she gave me gold skinny glitter... very disappointing)) when I asked for help a hispanic lady put it off on other employees) not very happy but I still got it

I always seem to find exactly what Im looking for. The associates are there if you need them, but because the store is laid out well you can easily navigate it solo. They always have a sale so I would recommend signing up for the emails, youll save a lot.

This Michaels has a free acrylic painting class once a month and its very enjoyable. You provide a canvas and they provide the paint and other items. Friendly people and a great teacher. They also have a free drawing class once a month.

Great Michaels location. Clean, organized and they carry most of any craft item youd need but its a slightly smaller footprint than other locations. That said you many not find EVERYTHING here.

They need to update their tax-exempt policies. They insisted on having a tax ID number when it is not necessary. I waited 15 extra minutes, very frustrated. Very friendly service, though.

I like it. Convenient location. Most of the staff are nice and helpful. Its only one manager that is somewhat rude. I usually attempt to steer clear of her.
