I have been to quite a few Hobby Lobby locations and I have to say both this location and the Holcomb Bridge location are always so rude and seem pained to help out anyone. Example: I found a canvas that I went on a hunt for at 3 different locations around the area. None of the locations had the canvas and the Kennesaw location initially said they would be happy to order it for us and it would be in next week. We called today (it has been a week) to see if it had arrived and the associate we talked to was rude and not helpful (her name was Sue) claiming we said we would call you and its not here. With people like that helping you, who needs enemies. I will continue to go to the Ashford Dunwoody location because they seem to know how to hire friendly staff. How disappointing.

This is the closest Hobby Lobby to me, but next time I may drive a little farther and avoid this one. The staff can be rude (depends on the day) and the store is in no way run efficiently, there will be two employees standing around doing nothing with 10 people in line and one register open. This is a rather large location and they do tend to be stocked pretty well, but I definitely wouldnt go by this one if you have a different one closer.

Doesnt even deserve a star. The store and company are closer to a garage sale then a modern company. They cant tell what an item is by the receipt. And they manually label every item. I bought 3 items from 2 stores and all 3 were mislabbled. Please get out of the 80s and become a modern company or at least teach your employees to price things correctly. Its not that difficult

I hate that its closed on Sunday if anything be closed on Saturday No other day has ever been sanctified as the day of rest. I LOVE THIS PLACE! They have everything you could ever need to craft, sew, do kids projects (I was recently amazed to find many needed items for my sons Cub scout pinewood derby car) , decorate your house, etc. You can find great gifts here as well! Staff is friendly and there always seems to be coupon I can show from my phone.

The staff at this location is AMAZING! I purchased a gift for my husband, and the customer service team not only helped me wrap it, they offered suggestions on how to surprise him with it. No matter which department I go in to, the staff at this location are helpful, friendly, and welcome questions. LOVE THIS LOCATION.

Price on celestron 60az telescope at Hobby Lobby $129.99, price from Walmart and Celestron Direct $64.99. Asked for help on this obvious pricing issue and they didnt care to help. Not knowledgeable or helpful. Even the Easter candy was overpriced. Very disappointed.

Love the 50% off items and they are plentious! They need electric carts for handicap. They think very little of their handicap customers for a Christian company. They have two manual wheelchairs. Not much for such a large store.

Hobby Lobby prices are too high. I usually go to Michaels first before I come to the Hobby Lobby. They seem to have a broader selection than there competitors. The only time I really see discounts is after and Holiday.

Nice new Hobby Lobby replacing the one off of Barrett Parkway right by I-75. This one is huge and well stocked. It was crowded but we were able to check out quickly as they had the front well staffed.
