I just left Hobby Lobby in Cartersville, Ga on 04/01/2017 at 4:09 pm. My husband and I were treated awful by the bald man in the front. We were standing in line and he walked over messed with something on the counter and said something but we didnt hear him so we said what, he didnt answer he just walked off so then he gets mad and goes over to the buggy rack slamming stuff and goes up to the blonde cashier(i was so mad I didnt think to get names) and he says guess they just wanna stand in line then and keeps saying it over again so I was like oh he wanted us to go over there so I said sorry we didnt hear you then he goes off again getting all flustered and was like guess yall just wanted to stand in line and kept talking. Let me just say Ive never been treated with so much disrespect in this store. Everyone has always been so nice and helpful. But I will not be coming back. He needs to be dealt with. Very disappointed.

You want to know why no one is in Hobby Lobby Rhonda? I used to work in one in another city and Ill tell you why. Because they cant afford to give us that many hours and most of us do the work of at least 3! If you want everything half off and not pay jack squat then we cant get paid to wait on your negative a$$!!! So quit complaining! And to answer your question about friendliness...its BECAUSE we work with the public, you people are rude and obnoxious!

Doesnt even deserve a star. The store and company are closer to a garage sale then a modern company. They cant tell what an item is by the receipt. And they manually label every item. I bought 3 items from 2 stores and all 3 were mislabbled. Please get out of the 80s and become a modern company or at least teach your employees to price things correctly. Its not that difficult

Horrible. That about sums it up. I had refused to go back into this store because of poor customer service decided that I would try again. NOPE. Failed again. I was shuffled to 3 different registers and at the third one. The lady helped a customer before me and answered 2 phone calls.

Awful customer service! An employee passive aggressively got on to me when I was checking out. I was so upset I wanted to cancel my transaction! I will never return to the Cartersville Hobby Lobby. I would rather drive 20 miles to a different one. The layout is the worst!!!

I have been in this store several times,I never see anyone working the floor and can never find anyone to help me if I have a question. I love hobby lobby they usually have what I need ,I wish their workers were more friendly,after all they are working with the public!

No digital inventory tracking of any kind. Called to ask if a product was in-stock and was on hold for 15 minutes while the employee had to check the shelves. They dont even have cordless phones for customer support! Hobby Lobby is a joke. Dont give them your money.

I truly RESPECT Hobby Lobby for standing up for their beliefs in a world thats gone crazy!! Because of them taking their stand, I shop at their stores twice as much as before.... Now I look for reasons just to go shopping there, its always inspiring.
