I love Michaels. However I dont love this Michaels. I had 2 seperate experiences here where I could not find anyone to help me even at the register---passing by a staff member I asked for some help finding something and she pointed vaguely up the aisle and said "I think there are some up there". I went up there and there werent some.....in fact there werent any. She passed by about 10 minutes later and asked "You didnt find it?" and kept walking before I could answer. I also kept walking---right outta that store. Last trip there...ever. Seriously.

I always enjoy a visit to Michaels, but lately I come away empty handed because the item I am looking for is not in your inventory. Customer service is great. Check out is better since you remodeled and your store is always bright and clean.
