I went in here on my lunch break to purchase a planner. When I asked what seemed to be a manager where they would be she asked me to wait because a customer was on the phone. All she had to do was point me in the right direction, and she never came back to help. Will be spending my money elsewhere and this was the first and last time I step foot in here. Also, the planners were very expensive and had more scrapbook materials that you purchase separately just to complete it. Very unattractive covers as well. Not worth the money. Very disappointed.

This is one of the best places to get custom framing! The entire staff is so helpful, and most importantly, patient! I worked with Heather, and she was wonderful. I kept going back and forth between a few frames and she worked with me and came up with so many beautiful options. She has a fantastic eye for framing and great advice. We finally decided on one, and I cannot wait to see the final outcome in 2 weeks! Thank you to everyone, especially Heather, in the custom framing department!

This is pretty much the only craft store option in all of Buckhead, so it stays in business by default. It is the most claustrophobic Michaels Ive ever been in, with the depth of the store being curiously shallow. The knitting options - both yarns and needles - are really lacking. The one positive is the staff is always friendly, which I find mind-boggling because being in this store for more than ten minutes makes my left eye twitch. #Atlanta #ShesCrafty

This is the only Michaels close to the Highlands and it is a smaller store compared to other Michaels. It has a pretty good selection, but not everything youd hope to find at a craft store. They do not sell fabric, nor do they accept competitors coupons. They are also starting to not list prices on items, making it harder to find if something is on sale or not. (This might be Michaels new thing for all their stores, just annoying new development.)

Customer Service was a mixed bag... Two guys working the Isles were extremely helpful and worked to help me search out materials for my project. However; the guy at the checkout position was totally oblivious. When our coupon didnt work, he just said sometimes they dont work and acted stupid. This may be the same guy that all the other bad reviews had encountered.

Overall the store is well organized and they have lots of employees working to be able to assist. Its sad that such a good shopping experience was ruined by a rude young lady working the check lanes. She got angry about a couple questions, did not say thank you after my purchase, and overall had a very rude attitude. She wrote her name on my receipt- brittanie y.

Ive never had bad service at this store. The staff never really go out of their way to help, but they were nice and helpful in answering questions, helping me find stuff, and even giving me advice and recommendations on what would be the best to use for different projects. Seems like pretty good customer service, imo.

Glory to the Three in One!

They claim to be smaller, but hey, theyre the closest Michaels to Midtown. I agree with the general sentiment that finding helpful staff on the floor is hard to find, but most of the Michaels Ive been to are the same. Plenty of parking. You can even come in from behind using Miami Circle.

Large inventory of supplies plus a helpful staff. They know how to manage large crowds of people during the holiday shopping season so that everybody can get what they want with minimal hassle. Always check the Michaels app for discounts and coupons prior to checking out!

The line was very long and there was only 1 cashier working during the beginning of the lunch rush. That is not acceptable! There should be more than 1 cashier working during the lunch rush. This store is usually great about getting customers checked out.

While the staff seems to care more about their weekend plans than customer service, if youre looking for the best selection in a Michaels and really dont need help other than checkout, this is a pretty decent location when it comes to selection.
