:( I really enjoy that they carry the type of materials I use for my art work , but they never re stock their Copic sketch markers . It sucks because Im a regular to the extreme Ive bought most of their marker selection . To make things even more annoying is that I end up purchasing the markers that customers (or who ever does it ) damage :/ it really sucks to see the lack of care and attention towards these art materials . But in all its disappointing to want to work on your art piece but cant because you run out of a color and your nearest art store doesnt restock their markers :/// ( and what art store doesnt sale art foam wedges , I spent 25 min looking for those ! :/ Ill prob start ordering them online sucks because it takes longer , but I refuse to purchase any art materials from micheals ; due to the lack of knowledge there employees know on certain materials and no restocking ever happens :/ ( for the ones that arent looking for arts and crafts items )

I could not find what I needed and ask the store manager for help. He not only walked with me to look for the item he got down in the floor and went through the drawers where the extra items are kept. I have never had anyone in any store help me the way this gentlemen did. When I the customers.checked out I told the cashier how grateful I was for the customer service extended to me. She told me that he always went out of his way to help the customer. Thank you again for all of the help and I will always be a Michaels customer.

Ive tried to schedule many different Wilson class however they never have " enough people." Iasked to be called back by the Wilson Coordinator but she/he never calls. Then the classes i signed up for I always have to call to check if there cancelled or not.... but isnt that there job? ANNOYING and very unorganized!!!!!!

Store looks pitiful. Trash and unorganized. Cant ever find what I want and they have the rudest people working there especially management. Whats up with this place it use to be a nice place to shop. Hobby lobby is much nicer cleaner and much friendlier. Wont ship there again.

had the friendliest help on the floor i believe he was the manager and checking out actually had a wonderful friendly cashier i believe she was new but had the most positive kind attitude i believe her name was yvette makes you want to shop again i left with a smile. :)

Eric the store manager was so helpful today. I was looking for the impossible and he was willing and ready to help me create it if we couldnt find it. Great experience today.

Store is lovely. The product are expensive but art is expensive itself. Also they provide coupons but overall I would go here for arts and craft materials.
