Love the store, disappointed with Applicance experience and here is why: On February 18, 2017 I placed an order for a LG washer and dry set at store # 2871. The sales associate was very helpful. She advised me the dryer was on back order and not available for delivery until March 25, 2017. I wasnt thrilled but said ok since my washer and dryer was still working. Well, March 25 came and FAILURE to deliver as promised FAILURE to inform of any delay FAILURE to have common courtesy to follow up on the order FAILURE to uphold your commitment to customer service from start to finish. I called customer service and the dryer is STILL on back order. On March 24th I happily gave my washer and dryer set to my neighbors daughter so Im out of a washer and dryer! Im not pleased and therefor CANCELLED my order!!

So Im totally in to JCPenny and this store was really nice. While there was not a wide selection of Tall, the staff was willing to order the items for me online. Also a bonus is this store has a Sephora inside. All my beauty needs were met. So not only is my outfit fierce when I walk into the office but my face is beat too. Flawless finish.
