My experience was not so good at this location. I will be fair in saying the cashier was great but the long wait for a manager to over ride the transaction was awful, considering it took her less than a minute once she finally responded.

The service here is mediocre and they dont have the same items as other stores. But its close to me and I love the prices. It seems like the workers have long days or something. Everyone is tired and lackluster.

This is best oldnavy in my area, great customer service, friendly atmosphere and the manager and associate are always willing to help with checking prices or climbing a ladder
