yes the store is a mess on occasions thats because the employees can not be responsible for grown people who throw clothes on the floor and for those who let there kids run out of control while they are shopping...Ross is a discount store things cant just be handed to you yes u have to search for what u want and if you are a lazy person with out of control kids then ross is not for you...This Ross is most well kept one ive been in, i love they way they have the clothing all by size it makes it easier for me to go exactly to the clothes that i know fit me.

My wife shopped at Ross today at The Pavilion in Fayetteville, GA and received some of the most rude behaviour ever by the employees, both on the floor and at check out. Rude behaviour is not acceptible from anyone, especially from an employee at a retail outlet. If the employees have a problem, they should leave it at home or else find another job. Management needs to know about this, but probably already does. Its the senior management that needs to address it.

Terrible customer service like every other Ross. Drove 25 mins from home to go to what i thought would have been a better location than the mt.zion blvd store. NOPE, rude ghetto associates at this one who dont greet you or say thank you. My son likes to shop at Ross but after my experience at 2 seperate locations in the past week Ill never spend another dime in this ragedy chain

Went in to complete 1 return and a 2nd maybe. However the manager on duty 6/26/17 at 8:40 am was so incredibly rude. Zero customers in line. I am in mid conversation with security person and she blast me for my credit card twice. I was reconsidering returning 2nd item however her rude and nasty demeanor left me no choice. A little kindness could go a long way.

Good customer service was great!! Very pleasant and helpful. BUT, the Sundress selection in Fayetteville location this year was off. I usually leave with at least 6 dresses. This year , 1 so far. The styles are just not there. Surprised and very disappointed. Maybe I should go back to the Morrow location, they have always have had a great selection. : (

I love this Ross. I didnt even like Ross before I started shopping here. Great selection, very clean, and organized. (I hate junky stores) The customer service is average. The sales associates arent rude nor are they overly friendly like some stores. In their defense, this location is always busy. I understand and dont take it personally.

I purchased a item from there yesterday, lost my receipt and tried to return it tday and their register said it was on sale for half the price. I went to the back of the store and got the same item to buy and this time it was the regular price. I am so done with Ross!!!!

I Shop there every now and then,on the weekends when I visit this store its not fully stocked compared to some of the Ross stores, at times it looks like a thrift store but the jewelry selection is usually nice.

Racist security which has other staff following you while he keeps looking, not alit to choose from, broke down dressing room, and we still spent $200 and was still looked st until we drove off will not go again

I love this place, has very nice brands with low prices. There is one observation about this store, the place needs more employees to organize everything in place more quickly. I highly recommend this store.

Nice and clean. Went later in the evening and it was not as crowed. Really impressed with the variety of brands now. Havent shopped at Ross in a few years. Definitely a surprise!
