My wife and I recently pruchased running shoes from Smith & Davis Clothing. The customer service was excellent. We were greeted at the door and promptly attended too in the shoe department. In the shoe department they have a device that is able to tell what type of shoe you should be shopping for. Very Cool. The selection of shoes to choose from was good and the price was very competitve with larger chain stores. The employees knowledge of shoe design was very impressive. Overall we were pleased with Smith & Davis Clothing store and will be returning for our next pair of running shoes.

Mr. Davis is a true "old shoe dog"...believe me its a compliment! I work in shoes and love to go to Smith and Davis for my own shoe needs. They have all the high end running, hiking, cross training shoes you could need unless Nike is your thing. Brooks, Asics, Saucony, Merrell, Vionic, etc...They are a true "mom and pop" store with a ton of history in central ga. Shop here instead of online and get the service, knowledge and selection youve been hunting for online. Theyre Aaaamaaaazing!

My fiancee and I were looking for work boots in Fayetteville, to no avail and were referred to Smith & Davis by a lady at a popular shoe store. We walked in and were pleasantly surprised. It is a small family owned business that has been around since the 50s. The employees were friendly and willing to help us in anyway possible. I recommend them to anyone.

Went here to buy shoes, the employees were more interested in gossiping with one another than helping customers and it took forever to even get someone to help find out about sizing. Their selection of shoes is pretty good though and honestly the only worthwhile thing about the store. Everything else is massively overpriced. $45 for a t-shirt? Seriously?

Great NEW Patagonia. AND... If you have a special need for footwear, they have a special diagnosis pad. Employees invite customers to walk over it and they give you a computer analysis of your step. Then based on this diagnosis, the employee suggests footwear that are best for you! Great service. And FREE.

Great store with very knowledge employees on the proper size and fit of shoes. Good selection of shoes and great assistance with insoles for plantar fasciitis. Wish I had gone to Smith & David before spending a lot of money at podiatrist.

I wasnt particularly a fan, but they have a good selection and helpful staff. Most of their inventory is aimed more towards fishing and general hick life. So as an outdoor enthusiast I wasnt as impressed. Worth a look around though.
