I would rate this store ZERO stars if that were an option. I was cursed at by an employee named Bianca who claimed she was a "manager". I sent a complaint to their corporate office via email (because its impossible to get a human on the phone if you call). I received a return email saying they would notify the district manager so he/she could follow up with me. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive any follow up from the district manager. I have since sent several more emails, all with absolutely no response. This company has TERRIBLE customer service, and they have proven that they do not care about their customers. Dont shop at this store unless you want to be cursed at and disrespected. I will find somewhere else to spend my hard earned money.

There is a rude manager that works there. Doesnt let anyone try on the clothes they plan to purchase in the "dressing rooms". There were 2 open hours left in the business day! Said they didnt have enough workers to have them open. But she had plenty of time to talk with other workers in the store. During a 30 minute visit, she turned 6 different customers away and they left their buggies full of potential sales. Someone should fire her, you seriously turned away a lot of business because talking was more important than business. Five minutes of her own time could have gained this company at least a few hundred dollars. Wow! Managers name was Shanita.

I love the store, but the Kennesaw location is just horrible! Clothes ALL over the floor, shoes everywhere even in other departments, toy section was a mess...just the whole store was a disaster. Cashiers were friendly but had no desire to pick up anything our even move a bunch of buggies that had somehow accumulated around the checkout area. It was too much of a pain to attempt to shop around all that mess

Please dont place the price sticker on the upper heel of shoes. Ive bought some of my best shoes at Ross. These stickers are the devil to get off, and once I do there is sticky goo that sticks to my heel. Otherwise all experiences with Ross have been wonderful. Thank you.

I love Ross. I saw a lot of items my mother would like I left my wallet one day and asked if they had a layaway so I could come bk next week to pick it up but they dont have layaway services. Thats the only thing I dont like
