Buyer beware. I received the below Thanksgiving coupons in the mail. I went to F&S yesterday and realized when I got to the store, I forgot the below flyer. I asked the lady at the customer service counter if they could by chance look up my name and she said no; however, the coupon was good through tomorrow (which is today). I went back today and they told me the flyer is no longer valid. I showed them where the date says the 27 and was told it stopped at 2:00 on the 26. I asked where it says that on this flyer. I was told by the (supposedly) manager that it says it in the store and in the store flyer. I told him that is bait and switch. He argued it wasnt because it says it in the store (which I didnt see any signs). I said that is exactly what I mean, F&S mails the flyer but then changes the rules of the advertisement once you are in the store. I am extremely disappointed and plan to share this experience with as many people as possible, so consumers can be warned. Very disappointing.

I have been in the store twice in the past month. Each time I had the intention of buying a gun. Each time I went to the gun section grabbed a number and waited. Both times without fail I was waiting over an hour with no help. Both times I subsequently left the store went to the neighboring gun shop and bought the two guns I had the intent of buying with great service and for a better price. For this reason, I will no longer shop at Field and Stream for any reason. Horrible service and the pricing is average.

Nice store with comparable pricing. Often has some really good clearance/sales pricing. Would like to be able to view more than just the circular online. Considering its owned by Dicks its a nice addition to the variety of whats available. Better than driving over an hour to an academy sports, most of the time or even a half hour plus to bass pro.

Very nice clean and open store with plenty of selection. Friendly and helpful staff especially in their gun department. Only time I would consider prices to be fair are during sales or clearance events, other then that you can often save money shopping somewhere else.

They blatantly LIED to me regarding the price of their ammo on the phone. Then they had the audacity to try and "work something out" with me which would have STILL left me paying so much more than what I was promised on the phone originally.

They didnt have three of the four items that i stopped there to get. And could not tell me when the items would be there. And this is not the first time this has happened. Terrible place to get hunting and fishing items that i wanted.

Walked into a nearly empty store with $600 to spend. 5 employees walked by me and didnt even make eye contact let alone greet me or ask if I needed help. I walked through the store and right back out. Im going someplace else.

Good atmosphere. SOME good prices. Great clearance deals, too. But, it lacks in selection too. Cabelas beats them out in selection definitely. Otherwise, great place to shop for your outdoor needs

Went to field and stream for hunting supplies ( 12 gauge shot, thermals, and a hunting vest ). They didnt have one item I needed. Absolute joke. I will never return.
