Absolutely the worst customer service!!!! Usually I give reviews when I have a good experience ,because I realize the majority of people that do reviews only write them when they are not happy. I have worked at Wal-Mart, in the the bar industry, the resteraunt industry, HVAC, and currently I work at a dealership. I have been in customer service pretty much my whole life and I completely understand how taxing it can be. However no matter how I felt I always helped my customers in anyway I could and treated them with respect. My experience with this Wal-Mart location is always BAD!!! I am not referring to one bad instance. This is a repetitive re-accuring experience every time I go into that store. If I ask for help finding something they act like they have better things to do than to waist there time with me. They will roll there eyes and say" its on the other side of store" and continue doing what they were doing before I "rudely" interrupted them. The funny thing is that the customers give better customer service than the staff does.I actually had a customer take me straight to the product I was looking for, since the wall-Mart rep had better things to do. Just to be clear its not just me. Every time my wife goes there its the same thing. Everyone I discuss this with tells me they know exactly what I am talking about. It is to the point that I dont want to step one foot into that store for fear that I will finally state how I feel about the rude, incompetent, horrible customer service oriented people that work there. The last time I was there I asked two staff members on two different occasions for two different reasons. The first instance the staff member had better things to do and rolled her eyes and pointed.She said "its over there somewhere ",since I interrupted her long conversation with another staff member to ask for help I guess I deserved that. By the time I was finished talking to the second staff member I just left my FULL buggy, because I was totally floored how the first one acted and the second one was even worse. With the second staff member I had to patently wait until she was finished smiling and flirting with a customer giving him "AWESOME"customer service. When it was my turn her entire face changed and she had no intention on helping me at all. Basically I just interrupted her little flirt session. Very Unprofessional!!!!! If you havent noticed this review was a long time coming. My comment will probably not change anything but at least I can leave it here and not look like a crazy person doing it at the store. This store does not deserve 1 star and especially does not deserve the 3.6 stars that it currently has. I will never go back into that store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. Thank God for Kroger!

This store is NEVER stocked properly. They have items that stay out- of-stock for weeks! It is so frustrating. The manager and most of the employees wonder around aimlessly as if they could care less what the store looks like or how well the customers are treated. Im sure that this problem could be corrected somehow. Most of the time I drive to Eastman, Macon, Milledgeville or Hazelhurst because these stores are always stocked neatly and the whole atmosphere is different. Kudos to these locations:) I usually do not leave reviews but I have really had enough. Whoever the area manager is (if they have one) really needs to spend some time at this store and try to get it back on track.

The staff is most always walking around with frowns on their faces...even when face to face and greeted with a smile and greeting, they wont reciprocate. When you walk in the store theres an immediate reaction of "oh my goodness, this place is such a depressing place". May be that they arent happy with their job for whatever reason. I think ALL the employees should go through training to make customers feel like they are welcomed rather than the attitude of "what the heck are yall comin in here for"?

Great selection and much bigger than most other Walmarts I have been to. My only complaint is that they are very understaffed. Almost every time I have called the sporting goods department, the phone is never answered and I usually get transferred around to people who have no idea about sporting goods merchandise. Ive had to wait inside the store for nearly an hour for the only associate to assist me. They really need to hire more people, especially in sporting goods.

They lock the Garden Center doors and the Main Entrance doors about 2 hours before closing time which only leave one entry/exit. That seems like a safety issue if there was some type of threatening situation. They also only had two registers open which for the current traffic isnt too bad, but they closed down the self checkout which is the last thing that should be closed. Seriously need to work on their customer service and customer care Im Dublin, GA.

Terrible service and desperately in need of new managerial staff!!!!!! Terrible, like a giant McDonalds drive through throwing old specials in your bag. Its 816 am and cannot even get a human being to answer the telephone on their main number!!!!! Terrible, especially when employee last night instructed me to call this a.m. pertaining to the items I needed!!!

I purchased swiffer replacement pads. I believe, though I cannot prove it, the cashier open the sealed container. When I got home all the fluid had leaked out in the back seat of my car. It wasnt leaking when I pulled it off the store shelf, read the side label, put it in my basket and finally put the container on the check out line.

If I could give this bakery 0 stars I would. First, they wouldnt pick up the phone to even take my order. Then when the operator sends me to the bakery, the lady that picks up the phone had an attitude and lied and said that they do not carry creme cheese icing nor do they do creme cheese cupcakes. They are a bunch of liars!!!

Our local Walmart is ALWAYS out of product. Weve tried for 2 weeks to buy diapers and AGAIN didnt have the item stocked that we needed. Went in for 3 items and they DIDNT have any of them! It was my second trip for the other 2 items from the cosmetic department also. Why can this store not function properly?

Found a bike for my daughter, it had obviously been used (dirty tires, scratches on the seat, and worn numbers on the shifter). I took it to the service desk to ask for a discount and was denied. If I am going to pay full price for something it needs to be new, left it and walked out the door.

The morning "Manager" rolled her eyes at me while I was talking to her and acted like I was wasting her time as soon as I started talking. I ended up walking away from her out of pure frustration. She followed me outside to keep the problem going but I just ignored her and left.

I hate Wal-Mart always have since the frist one oppened in Kissimmee fl. Never any one to help you find anything , most of the people are rude. Only go if my daughter asks me to go with her .She likes it for some strange reason .oh and when you walk in it always smells funny .
