Had a sale sign in front of the wrong item. I suggested to the checkout women they should fix it. I took the items back for them because it was a cooler item. Then she couldnt take off the items without the item. Then i walked back to get an item so she could take it out. Not sorry for my inconvenience. Said she could not do anything about either suggestions. I said you may not, but you can pass it on to the appropriate person. Nope couldnt do that either. Not so good customer service

Always well stocked always someone nearby if you cant find something or something is out of stock the stores well laid out never seems to be extremely busy despite its smaller size you never have to worry about long checkout lines whenever they get along they call for help and open up additional cash registers Wish more grocery stores did that like most Krogers they have a wide selection of organic products and gluten-free definitely one of the better nearby stores to shop at

I wish i can give this store a zero star. All i can say is RACIST, RACIST, RACIST. We went to check our lotto numbers and we split them up with other relatives so we needed the tickets back so when the lady checked them we won four dollars she threw them away we asked for them back and looked at us head to toe and said " Im not putting my hand in their". She put the trash can in our faces, and we are Chaldean.

Nice store to shop and get everything I need. Clean store and friendly employees. I enjoy having a Starbucks right in the store. They have a nice olive bar and cheese area. I am not understanding the complaints about parking. The parking lot is just fine and if its a busy time, just park further away. It is located in a large plaza with plenty of parking.

Expensive and they never have a specific item in stock, even though the item is supposed to be carried at Kroger. Last week I asked about it and the ppl working in the frozen section just sort of stared at me blankly and continued drooling on themselves. No redirection to a dept that could help; they literally just pretended I had walked away.

Poorly managed with managers who are more worried about defending themselves during a complaint than they are concerned about actually listening to people and problem solving. But hey, its Kroger...what else can you expect? I wont be returning to this or any other store. They lack the professionalism to properly deal with customers.

Love my Krogers. Especially love the produce guys and especially this one guy that has a big beard. I think his name is Tom. He is just the sweetest and most helpful!!! He truly goes out of his way to help and always with a smile. But they are always so helpful and friendly!!! Love love my store. 21 Mile and Card

You folks are always out of minute made low sugar lemonade.you need to talk to your dairy person who orders your stock.when dan marcocia was in charge of that dept.you always had it on your shelf.hope the guy running that dept. can get it right .i hate having to go to Meijers to get it !!!!!!

Wonderful deli food and fresh baked goods. In addition, they have a Mediterranean food bar! Greek olives! Sun dried, marinated Roma tomatoes! Roasted garlic! And every Mediterranean cheese you could ever imagine! These items are only the "tip of the iceberg!" Incredible!!!

I spoke with Emily in floral and she was so very helpful . Shes a keeper. Then on to pharmacy and I spoke with Relief and she was very happy to apply a coupon for one of the meds and lastly Becky did the check out with expertise. Great people at the Krogers on 21 mile

The deli kiosk was a joke. The order is supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, but it was 45 minutes before I got my lunch meat. It was a slow time, never many people at the counter. There I stood, for 40 of the minutes with a 4 year old waiting. Ridiculous.

Parking lot is always so packed no matter what time of day you go. It is also under full renovation that it is almost impossible to shop. Also, isles have food and cleaning products mixed together and it just isnt the place to do my shopping anymore.

I love this store. Friendly and helpful. I was delighted to see how polite and helpful the courtesy clerks are. I was looking for something and three courtesy clerks stopped to help me. Its always nice to see the younger generation being so polite.

Good store. however yesterday I bought a rotisserie chicken and it wasnt cooked all the way, I didnt realize it right away and had eaten a half a breast. Needless to say Ive been sick for the last 24 hours.

Store is decent and offers a lot. The parking lot is horrible. It is too busy and cannot support the amount of traffic they receive. Especially on the weekends when most people can do their shopping.

The lines are always really long and most of the cashiers dont know the cigarettes at all and always ring up the wrong ones. Also there is usually something wrong with the bottle deposit machines...

Amazing selection. Recently renovated store. Only complaint is they dont have enough handicapped spots for how large and busy this particular location has become!

Big and clean store with good produce. The place is usually busy and the parking lot is kind of a cluster f**k but other than that, its a nice store.

Dirty store, rotten meat, rude staff. Youre better off using click list at a different Kroger. This one has sold me bad food too many times.
