I am sorely disappointed in the lack of customer service I experienced this morning. My daughter and I stopped in at this location after going to the gym. We spent an hour shopping for everything we needed for the week, then proceeded to the UScan checkout. The store was not busy at all. I then realized that since I had been at the gym, I did not have my usual wallet with me, which contains my Kroger card. Ive had my card for years, and weve moved several times, so I just dont even remember the phone number we used when we signed up for it. When I asked the young man, Tim, for help with my dilemma, the only suggestion he made was to ask another customer to use their card. Really? So I need to go back into the isles and look for someone to disturb their shopping to borrow their card? Tim offered me no other options. I ended up leaving my entire cart full of perishable items behind. I refuse to pay full price, when I had so many sale items in my cart. I was so angry! I got home and called the store to speak with the manager. I was informed that Tim should have offered me another card to link to my current one and that this is a great coaching point and that she would have " a word" with him. Nothing offered at all for my wasted time. Now this afternoon I must go back out to the grocery store and reshop for the same items- this time I will go to Giant Eagle, where my patronage is appreciated!

The rotation and upkeep of products is severely lacking at this Kroger. Aside from the normalcy of new products just placed in front of older ones that I see quite often ( milk, bread, eggs) Ive purchased numerous products that were expired on different occasions. My fault for not checking I guess, but when youre on average purchasing $200- $300 worth of groceries, you tend to forget to check them all. Ive bought organic veggies (carrots, mushrooms) that were 3-7 days past the sell by date, as well as cereals and granola bars and cream cheese. Ive purchased many snack items that I didnt realize were expired until myself or my family went to eat one and could tell something was off (chips, crackers, granola bars, raisins) The final straw was VITAMINS! I bought my daughter nature made b12 chewables. This was last week so around 8/8/17. They had expired January 2017!! Of course they let me exchange them no problem, but not the point. I really like the convenience of this Kroger being smaller and close to my home, but with others not too far away, Im going to do the majority of my shopping there. Just a heads up neighbors.

One guy in there says hi to us all the time. The selection and placement is good. Been going here for years. The staff can seem a bit depressed at times but thats to be expected. Kroger doesnt pay anything unless you work in the warehouse. We can find some good deals on clearance toys sometimes. Im mad they dont sell wrestling figures anymore. Its an all around okay store. Sometimes the cashier doesnt scan our Kroger card right and we dont get our discounts. Pretty decent I suppose no real bad complaints.

This location is easy to get in and out of. I like that it is not a mega-Kroger, so Im not running the length of the store multiple times looking for what I need. Always stocked and clean. Only had an issue with one cashier, Jerry, who wouldnt acknowledge me when I said Hi! or Thank you!. Bad day maybe, but he is a cashier and should be prepared to interact with all customers. Otherwise, this location is great!

This is not a good Kroger location. They have a really good value thats the plus.. this is a bad area and not safe at all. Thugs hang outside all the time and I refuse to let my wife come here alone.you get harassed outside all the time. They have security guards but they are a joke. This place does have a full service liquor store in there. Also, clean your store.... It is normally pretty dirty.

My wife prefers the Kroger in Pickerington because it has a department store in it, however a grocery store is a grocery store, and this one is mine. Fantastic produce section. Knowledgeable employees. Bakery? Hell yeah! Butcher? You bet! Starbucks? Uhm....Not yet. Give it time. Great place. Go there.. Get food. Bring it to my house. Cook for me. :-) Or vice a versa!

Its a smaller Kroger, but clean and well-stocked. It has the benefit of being closer to my house, so I visit quite a bit. I go to the larger Kroger in Pataskala for my regular shopping, but this one if I only need one or two things (or the other Kroger was out of something) The employees are all great, polite and willing to assist.

This is a smaller Kroger, but it is very convenient to where my family lives when I visit them from out-of-state. They have a fair selection of beer and wine, but the produce section is a bit smaller when compared to larger Kroger stores. I like that you can get in and out quickly and easily, and pricing is good.

This is a nice Kroger. Walk in and there are flowers to greet you. Ive gotten the $10 dozen of roses for my wife many times and they last at least 2 weeks. Great produce section. Upper decent wine selection. And grab a fresh sample of sushi if its out; its not too bad!

Dont really shop at this Krogers. But the pharmacy is horrible. Rude, and unprofessional. My mom just went in to get my sister her medicine. They put it in for the wrong day and when my mom would say something, the girl at the front would mock her. Ridiculous!

Average Kroger experience. Be sure to check the expiration dates on the drinks from the produce department. Twice I have bought some that were expired. My own fault for not checking in a more ghetto area that probably does not move a lot of those drinks.

I really love this store. Great costumer service, great selection. Just a few complaints. They are a little behind in the technology that would help them. And they are out of stock of some good stuff. All in all its a good store

This is a very small Kroger, but the service is good and the selection is pretty good considering its one of the smaller stores in the region. They are moving down the street in a couple years to a larger, brand new building.

Still not totally restocked from the store restage they just did. Maybe they just got rid of some things I would normally buy. Too bad, going somewhere else to get these items and more.

The staff of the front desk is very helpful. I only ever go here to pick up money from Western Union... and theyre always friendly and seems like they dont hate their life.
