Wow. So I place a +$600 order with these guys and call in (like the site says if you need it by a certian day) told the girl and she said no problem we will have it to you on Monday easy (this was Thursday morning). So Monday rolls around no package. So I call them and they tell me it is hung up due to them being out of a $10 thing of gun lube. Ok so I told here again about it needing to be here by friday as I am hosting a big game. No problem she says. After a couple of days of not email shipping notification I call again. This time got some hillbilly I could hardly even understand. Of course he was no help, told me he would call back tomorrow. So on Thursday (tomarrow) no phone call so I called at like noon and sure enuf they never shipped it and the gril was super sorry, so she said they would overnight it and it would be there tomorrow. Great but guess what no package today. Dont do bussiness with these guys its not worth the hassel there are plenty of other sites. Thanks.

I placed an order online with Doro Paintball on 11/22. I never received a confirmation email so I emailed them on 11/24. This set off a series of back and forth emails (despite my request for them to CALL my cell) over a period of three weeks. I never received the order, which they claimed they were unable to track. I finally requested a refund on 12/9. When the refund never cleared, I was told on 12/16 “Your invoice is in accounting. They are running a little behind with processing refunds as this is our busy time of year. You should see it post by the first of next week.” On 12/22, still no refund, so I spent 45 minutes at my bank disputing the charge. No product 22 business days after order was placed and no refund 9 business days after request. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Very UN-HELPFUL and very disorganized staff and ware house. You want name brand buy from somewhere else the screw you over as fast as you pay them. Very Unkowledgeble staff they know nothing of what your talking about even if the picture is sitting in front of them with a computer. honestly if i were you find it somewhere else online you can get a better deal anyways. This comes from a guy that actually worked there so if anything take this valuble info from me first hand!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a marker set with all the accessories from Doro Sports on 2/12. My package arrived on 2/20 in a water worn box with a hole in it. Great start. Not only did my package arrive without a marker but when i called during their posted office hours, a machine told me they were closed. The package also came with a piece of paper that says "gun shipped from sep. W.H". Now, i dont know what that means but i have no idea if theyre even sending the marker.

A company with no email address or toll-free number isnt a business, its an operation. I ordered 3 Ontel Gopher pick-up tools which they replaced with a cheap Chinese knock-off product. After requesting a refund through Amazon, they replied that they wanted a picture to "examine the merchandise". Youve been warned. At least we should all give them a big high five for supporting our men and women in uniform.
