While in this MC Sporting Goods, my friend and I received the rudest customer service I have ever lived to see. We were simply searching for a new pair of shorts in the ladys section and decided to try some on. When we were in the dressing room we heard an announcement over the loudspeaker for security to Zone 2. I made a joke about them sending security out on us since we were clearly doing nothing wrong. My friend went to get a different size for me and the dressing was surrounded by 5+ men in a seemingly security like formation. She was immediately bombarded by questions pertaining to the items that were brought into the dressing room. Also, they did not let her back in because there was a policy, unknown and not discussed with us prior, that there was only allowed to be 1 person in the dressing room at a time. A man continued to follow us around the store until we proceeded to check out. Totally creepy and unnecessary. I have never felt more personally violated and uncomfortable for giving a store my business. I will not be returning and I suggest if you are an innocent teenage girl who means no harm, do not under an circumstance bring your friend into the dressing room for an opinion. Matter of fact, just dont enter the store regardless of who you are.

I will not go to MC Sports again. I dont know how they keep their doors open. Everything they sell here, they also sell at any other department store. A sporting store should be specialized, this place isnt. I went in here trying to purchase a weight belt a little while ago. They didnt have one. Another time I went in looking for some lifting chalk - nada! Its very frustrating going to a so called "specialized" sporting good store and not being able to find what you want. Im not sure what MCs goal is. it certainly isnt to supply sports enthusiasts.

Tried to purchase a gun from them this week that was in the display case, background checks were behind that day (not Mcs fault) so we had to wait. Days later we found out the sale was denied by someone higher in store level. Manager came out and said little to us except that there was a question if the ownership of the gun. So we were unable to buy or order a gun right from their display cases

My small business bought numerous display racks and was told we couldnt take them until they called us to pick them. They never called and closed shop. Thanks for screwing my business over by taking my money and never delivering on the IOU you gave us. At best this was incompetence at worst it was theft.

They really dont have a customer Friendly store,Not Helpful what so ever.And when you order something it seems to take them forever to receive.Really need a more upscale Sports Store in the Perrysburg area.
