I have the complete opposite experience as the rest of these reviewers. Ive been working with them for almost a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. 1. The print on my first order of 1000 cups came in a bit messed up, so I called them and they replaced it no problem, and even let me keep the other cups. 2. The quality and price of their cups are the best Ive been able to find. I initially started working with them because after a week of research looking at over 20 printing companies, they had the best prices. 3. Customer service has been nothing but polite and professional towards me 4. There have been times where I order late and need the cups ASAP, and theyve been nice enough to help me with that. Overall Ive had a great experience and I would recommend them to everyone!

I was told two times I would get the cups and sleeves by a certain date. When I received the sleeves late I was very disappointed by the quality. They say how they like to services churches but I was only lied to when told when I would receive the shipment. Also I was told how well the quality was by the customer service agent. Take a look for yourself. On the website the white looks so good and crisp. The white ink was skimped on and it came out very dull. As I moved on to different sites I found out how their prices were about double of other print shops. I shopped with them because of how they advertise working with Churches. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service!!! I made an order 1 year ago and still havent gotten it. Emails are never answered and when asked for a refound I was ignored over and over again no matter how many times I called. Quality was good. But not worth the trouble
