I ordered my chi tea latte, non fat, no water, extra hot. Was asked to pull to window without a quoted price, no one else in line. So I had my typical amount ready to be told I needed 60 more cents. I had this happen one other time but went on with it. This time I asked why?! He said it was because of the no water which meant extra milk. I get it but SIXTY cents for extra milk verses water in a tall(small)????? Nor is there consistency in their charging. I said in that case, nevermind. So instead of pleasing the customer and handing me the chai telling me furthermore it would be 60 cents extra, I watched him dump the product down the drain!! So Starbucks can afford that kind of waste but cant afford a loss of 60 cents to please a regular customer?!!?!? CRAZY!!!

The coffees okay. And the staff at most of the stores are really nice. That said, I get better coffee from other coffeehouses, for less money. Ive had so many problems with the "gold" card - they would send me notifications that my free drink had been loaded, but it never appeared on the card. I notified them three separate times of this - once, I got coupons in the mail. The other two times were ignored. So I stopped using the card. Twice I have gotten customer surveys, and the web page didnt accept the number either time. Frankly, there are so many coffee places, I think this is the last straw. Ill just go elsewhere.

I came at a time the store had no customers asked for my drink a specific way and it wasnt made right so I went to purchase another one and Donna was happy to make me another drink the right way since she didnt hear me right the first time she said she just wants to make me happy, so thank you

I know you never go to starbucks if you are in a hurry, and with 3 people working behind the counter and 5 customers in line it took 18 minutes to get my order . Unacceptable
