Their register was down, so they couldnt make coffee or let us pay with cash. I was told the company has no way to record transactions or hold cash. I was also told that the company would have no way to know if employees were pocketing the cash. Really??

They seemed disgusted when I ordered off the secret menu and then complained about me to other customers right in front of me, and then the lady told the trainee "just charge him for everything" they charged extra for each individual part In the drink.
