Ive always enjoyed my visit here the food is always very good and fresh. the only problem I had today was the soup that I like, chicken rice soup in a bread bowl, they dont have today. And the soup I ordered, clam chowder, was not ready. I was offered a whole sandwich in place if the soup. Which was still good. I will continue coming back anytime Im in this town

Love the orange scones and the chai tea, however, my wife had a recent experience with a carry-out order for a committee lunch that was totally screwed up and the manager was VERY hesitant to make it right. Panera is one of those snotty "were morally superior to you" kind of companies like Starbucks. Those who thrive on "fru-fru" love it. We working stiffs, not so much!

Had a relaxing time,ordered my favorite Hazelnut java w/ honey skim milk. The young lady with a smile, gladly cleaned off my table. Also after reading,I wanted to do a sketch. Forgot a pencil,Matthew ask me if I eeded anything? could I borrow a pencil? He immediately got one for me. Thanked him ,I was from out of town,and the crew were very cordial towards me.

Poor customer service, no one said hi and it seemed like the employees were depressed. The food option we wanted was not avaliable. There was a long hair in one of our sandwiches. Overall probably the worst Panera we have ever been to! One star.

I love this Panera location! The manager is so kind and quick to right any wrongs. They made a mistake on a womens order and she was acting out and he stayed calm, made her a latte, and she walked out smiling. Good job!

Great food and service! The staff were always smiling and the place was clean. Jaclyn got my order pretty quick and Byran, the manager, walked around to make sure everyone was well served. Have to come back more often!

Just like the other panera locations, the area is clean, staff are eager to correct mistakes and help. Favorite place to eat, and you lay a bit more for better food handling as well as better food.

Supervisors of this Panera were of no use. It was obvious a newly trained employee wasnt sure what to do at cash register, while rest staff was talking in the kitchen.
