Id trust cocktails with Bill Cosby before I trust Panera with basic customer service skills. Rapid-To-Go ordering is not so rapid. Ordered two simple items that showed available at 12:03. Panera App showed pick up by 12:10. 12:18 rolls around and someone comes from behind the counter (after joking and making coffees for people that were not even in line to order after I got there and waited for my already placed to go order), shows me my ticket and says they dont have the bagel and their coffee machine is broken (PS- just watched you make coffee). Needless to say my 91 year old grandfather has been sitting in the car now for approximately 10 minutes now. I ask nicely for a cancellation and refund because my grandfather is in the car and I need to get him home. The person from behind the counter gets the "manager" (whom walked 10 laps around me in the time I was standing there waiting for my non-existent order) and asks to do my refund. Instead of doing my refund, the "manager" picks up one of the iced tea vats and goes behind the counter. At that point after waiting almost 20 minutes for invisible food, I gave up. Please, keep my money its clearly not worth it to you. You werent even that busy. Honestly, if its that unimportant to take care of your customers, dont make promises you cant deliver on, and try actually doing what youre supposed to do, which is contact the customer when you cant fulfill the order- well thats what Panera Corporate told me, but dont worry, Ill go somewhere that will actually like to serve food and get paid for it. If I treated my customers that poorly, I wouldnt have customers, or a job.

Disappointing. Ive lived in Newnan for just a couple of months. Ive visited this location with family, friends, and clients 6 times. Several of the meetings were working lunches during which we were using the wireless internet. On 3 separate occasions we were working on projects online when the wireless connection reset after 20-30 minutes causing us to lose the data/project we were working on. The last time I was with my 10-year-old daughter who had worked on a project for 30 minutes when all her work was lost. From 11a to 2pm the connection resets every 20-30 minutes and wont let you access it until after 2. Because I like Panera and genuinely want them to be aware of this frustration point, my daughter and I stopped to see the manager on our way out. Before I could finish telling him about our experience, he interrupted and said that theres nothing he could do. He couldnt control the wifi. In my experience, the purpose of the manager is, at a minimum, to pass along customer-related information to decision makers. The manager later called and emailed to let me give me a secret work around. However, this does not solve the problem. Hundreds of people visit this establishment daily which offers wireless internet while youre dining and meeting (Paneras niche). Why not upgrade, the router, the internet speed, and streamline orders and dining experience? Ill even help pay for it. With the scores of restaurant options within a one mile radius, why frustrate people who are already in your restaurant? Unfortunate.

We walked in the door and immediately saw a line of people waiting to place an order. This isnt uncommon. However we quickly realized there was not a single employee at the registers. We waited for several minutes as employees walked from behind the counter to the meal prep area. Not one even acknowledge the line of waiting customers. FINALLY a girl walked behind the register and started taking orders. She never once smiled, apologized, or even used basic manners that my 2 year old has. You could almost see her rolling her eyes at everything the man in front of us ordered. She had a look on her face that one can imagine only one would have if they were in extreme pain. That is how much her body language conveyed her absolute disgust to be there. Then we, with much hesitation at this point, started to place our order with out even so much as a "welcome to Panera" or "how are you". We started to order and once the order was almost finalized she explained that they were out of the one thing we came there for.. cheddar broccoli soup. Keep in mind she didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. She broke the news to us with " I forgot. We are out of that". Needless to say we left without ordering. Of course we didnt even get a "have a nice day". She literally stared blankly at us.

Went to the Newnan location for a breakfast to go order because in my fifties now, I have to try and eat healthier foods. I ordered the turkey sausage power sandwich and got my wife a pecan cinnamon roll $2.79. The sandwich was good, but could have been better for $4.49. Sprouted grain bagel? What ever the hell that is. Turkey sausage? Couldnt really tell if it was on the sandwich or not. The cinnamon roll however looked and tasted great, so said the wife! I did however do the unthinkable before driving back home and stopped by Burger King and picked up a sausage and biscuit because Im a big guy and can eat two biscuits with no problem and the Panera sandwich didnt look substantial enough for me. The sausage patty from BK tasted great but the biscuit was kinda dry at $1.07 who can complain. The bottom line for me on this whole "healthy breakfast excursion" is that bad food just taste better sometimes, and value added food is value added food for a reason!

Not so friendly staff today. The woman making the sandwiches was rude. I asked for bread instead of an apple with my soup. She acted as if I had asked her to sacrifice a kidney! She snatched the bag, threw the apple somewhere under the counter, grab a loaf of bread pulling off the smallest piece Ive ever seen. The end piece. She slams the bag back on the counter and turns her back to me. Maybe she didnt want to come to work today. Really disappointed.

Food is good and consistent but portion sizes have went down while prices are the same if not higher. 2 half sandwiches, half soup, half salad and 2 soft drinks are $28.00 (food for 2 people). There are to many other places around with good just as good for less money. They need to adjust prices based on lunch and dinner times.

I am not a fan of just bread, however, their meals are divine. Everytime we decide upon Panera, I have raging self-conflict on what to get. Everything Ive had is delicious, the Cuban Chicken Panini and Fuji Apple Salad are my top favorites. Customer Service is always good, place is always clean which is a rarity in Newnan.

Pleasant, quick, helpful service. Typical Panera food - fresh salad, hot soup, very good warm, fresh baguette. Only thing I reduced rating for was poor wi-fi. Very slow and couldnt stay connected. I haf planned to stay for an hour or two after eating but couldnt get my work done so cut the visit short.

This location is very inconsistent. Some days the breakfast sandwich (I love the breakfast power sandwich) is good, other days its as if it has sat too long on a counter somewhere. Ive had several occasions where they have messed up my order. It is a bit pricey for the headache.
