To start with this is a satellite Starbucks within a grocery store. It is not a full service Starbucks, and it has no easy way to get to from the highway. Also no signs outside to indicate that the grocery store has it inside. When ordering it was hard to hear the person at the register, or anyone else behind the counter. All of them need to speak up since it sounded like mumbling. The part of the counter where you place your order was full of clutter. Not enough room to put down a purse. The worker didnt smile, and didnt seem thrilled to be employed. The worker asked me for a card to the grocery store, but not for my Starbucks card. Which is good because I dont think they would of been able to handle the on my iPhone. Although there were four people behind the counter, only one person was actually making the orders. That person burned the shot horribly. There was nowhere to really wait for your order, and there was no stand to finish off your coffee. Let alone drink holders.

Just got refused a national promo (1/2 off frapps) that started today. Its all over their website and fb page. She showed me on a piece of paper incorrect information about the promo that she had. Its even on their sign out front that its every day 3-6. Dissapointing. How many other people will she tell no to? Just wow.

It really depends on the day. Usually there is only one person taking orders and making drinks so expect at least a short wait if you arent first in line.
