My husband and I are traveling from Nebraska. We stopped in to eat outside. We approached the counter and waited about 5 min before even being greatest! The drive through was busy but the inside service is of importance too. We ordered 2 hot drinks oatmeal and an egg cheddar sausage sandwich. There were people ordering behind us. I got my oatmeal and 2 drinks. My husband waited at least 5 more min for a sandwich that someone else, the ones behind us took! When my husband got his sandwich it was cold inside.the people that took his sandwich said I dont know if its mine, but it is now and laughed. This Starbucks needs needs needs to put names on their drinks and sandwiches like all the other Starbucks! Lots of confusion for the customers with orders quickly just being layer on the counter yelling what it is! What if 3 different people ordered the same drink and sandwich..who ordered first..second..grab and go seems to be the name here...

My date and I were the only customers and the two youngish attendants were teasing each other while we waited for service. After a few minutes of that, one took our order for two drinks while the other went away. We literally waited for about fifteen minutes for our drinks, but five minutes after she started the drinks, another customer came in and somehow he got his drink while we were still waiting. It was annoying, and embarrassing because it was a blind date, and we are just waiting with no coffee cups to create that little something casual to do with your hands. The place was empty on a weekday evening, but I noticed it is pretty small and close quarters. Probably would be hard to get a table and even harder to get service at peak times.

I go to this location often out of convenience. However, the last few times Ive gone, my girlfriend ordered a white chocolate mocha frap and it has had no coffee in it. It literally tasted like straight up W.C. syrup. She went back to the counter to see if the problem could be resolved and was met by pretty condescending baristas. After they made some sly remarks, they "fixed" her drink... But it tasted exactly the same as before. It wouldnt be so bad if the service was better. I cant stand baristas who think they are Gods gift to earth.

The Mall Road Starbucks used to be my favorite Starbucks in Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati because the ladies who always worked at the drive-through window were so friendly. They are also the only drive-through Starbucks nearby. The staff turns over quickly at that store, however, and some of the newer people arent helpful and, actually, were borderline rude. I only wish the Crestview Hills Mall store had a drive-through. The great staff and management there makes a difference!

I am a regular customer at Starbucks, but lately the service is slow. I waited 30 minutes to get an iced coffee and AGAIN they shorted me a shot. I watched the dude make it and when he handed it to me I asked him how many shots does a Vente have and he said three and I said how many did you put in and he said two. This has happened to me so many times I am done with Starbucks. It is too expensive and they rip you off. I will not go back to a Starbucks ever !!!!

Wow - I can handle slow service but has anyone else noticed that theyve adopted a dirty drifter thats allowed to harass the paying customers? They let him cough and spit on the tables and he hangs out at the end talking to the baristas ... I think I know why it takes 30 minutes to get a drink after waiting 45 minutes in line. Btw, this used to be a 5 star review.

7 people working, 2 people in line and people waiting for their 1 cup. When told that no milk was out for the condiment bar, had to wait for that too. Instead of bringing it out, I was called to come "fetch" it. To be fair, they were polite but needs some coaching in customer service to live up to the Starbucks reputation around the world.

The global impact on places like Indonesia where now they have the ability to have gainful employment for simply growing coffee plants. Thats a large reason why I like starbucks. Plus when you look at it from another step back it shows our sharing the wealth of our super consumer society with the world as a whole in many other regions.

They always have new & exciting flavors to try. The baristas are always so polite and happy. Ive had my coffee paid for by the people in front of me, Ive paid for the people behind me and so on. Its such a great environment! Its so great to find/see people who want to go an extra step (even if it may seem small) to spread kindness!

I used to go through the drive thru. When I suspected they were giving me something other than the Pike I ordered, I started going inside. I literally watched them give me half Pike, half of another coffee. If they do that in front of me, what are they doing when I cant see??!! That was just the last straw!!

I went there once because it was close I order a double chocolate chip frappe with white mocha instead of dark mocha I dont think its really that complicated but when I was handed my drinks the barista looked at me and said "dont ever make me make this again" I was honestly shocked and the service I received!

Very slow service, as I am standing here, this place is packed with people and they are making no hurry to get people their drinks in a timely matter. The one male barista is continually complaining about how he "doesnt want to be here" very disappointed as a Starbucks regular

The customer service here was pretty good considering the people actually know how to smile. However, the product tastes as if it is made from a syrup. If you want a real mocha, then I suggest you go to a smaller or family owned cafe.

Im a gold card member. But every time I attempt to reload my card with cash they dont happen to have change. Once or twice I would understand. But Im a regular and spend a lot of money there. I guess I will just go somewhere else.☹️

Ordered non fat and I watched the girl use 2%. Then when I pointed it out she was very rude! I also ordered my coffee steamed at kids temp and that was completely ignored! Wont be back!
