Each time I visit this location, the wait is over 15 minutes. The worst part is, once your car is in line, you cant leave because of the curb. It is poorly managed and not a quality representation of Starbucks. Im done trying to make it work with this location....guess I will have to drive to Kroger. UPDATE: Gave this location another shot today. Waited in line 20 minutes...also, when I received my coffee, it was so full the coffee spilled out and burnt my hand when I picked it up. Cup was full up to the plastic lid, not even sure how it was possible to do that.

Normally have a good experience at this Starbucks but not today.. went thru drive thru at 9:30am. Expected to wait due to busy time.. not a problem there. However, both the staff taking the order & at window were less than accommodating. They were out of featured items which is becoming a lot more common at all locations. My grande cinnamon dolce latte was about 2/3 full, they didnt offer to warm up my scone, gave my friend the wrong breakfast sandwich altogether, & get white chocolate mocha was not sweet at all. Big fat fail today Newnan Starbucks :(

Friendly staff. Theyve never gotten my order wrong. (Wish I could say that about all SB locations.) Decent seating with good number of outlets for laptops. Only downside to this location is the tiny parking spaces and limited room for navigating into and out of same. The lot fills up fast during the day, and seating can be hard to get long-term. Ill be a regular there since theyre the closest bux from my house, but Ill be parking around the corner at the deli next door, where the parking lot is twice as wide. :)

Went through the drive thru and placed my order at 4:45. Should have received one of my macchiatos for free. Took us 25 minutes after placing the order to get to the window and they wouldnt honor the promotion. No apologies or explanations just over charged us. The guy at the window didnt even get a manager. We pulled off to avoid stopping the line any further only to fin out that two of our coffee orders tasted horrible. So done with that location! Stay away and get your order somewhere else.

They keep the line moving pretty quickly. The weekday morning staff, is obviously much better than afternoon staff or weekend staff. On the weekends like Sunday we get slower service and the drinks arent always quite the same. I assume they train on the weekends due to lower traffic. Never any huge issues and the site is always clean if dining inside. I do wish starbucks would start offering Organic Milk products..

Starbucks is Starbucks...lets start with the poor layout of the location. Limited parking and due to this the drive thru is ALWAYS backed up and super slow. As others said you can get stuck for quite some time waiting for your order as there is no way to get out of line if its slow. I use to get the wrong order quite often but that has stopped. Anyway its not the best location Ive been to.

Ive been to a lot of Starbucks, and this location is by far the best! The service here is outstanding! If they have any extra coffee, frappacinos, lattes, theyll give you a complimentary cup. At least, they gave one to me once. I used to go here all the time to do my website design work. Theres more than enough space to sit and relax for a while.

I love Starbucks and their products. This location is just difficult to get to, there are only 3-5 parking spots. The lot is crowded with the rental car shop next door. Inside the Starbucks there is limited space. And the drive thru is always a long line. The staff is very nice, and they work quickly. The products are great as they are anywhere.

I usually would rate this place 4 or 5 stars, but this is the third time they have messed up my drink. I ordered a venti iced chai latte, & they mixed water & milk. I told them no water, they remade it & STILL put water. Then they got snobby & copped an attitude when I told them chais dont come with water.

Do you ever have a desire for sitting down and enjoying a special coffee? This store seems to bring in a lot of "campers". Folks with laptops, occupying a 4 seat table with one person. I dont expect to find a seat anymore so Ill visit other coffee shops in the area.

They are ok but the customer service here is mediocre at best and the drink accuracy is inconsistent. If all I want is a coffee Ill drive up to Dunkin for it. If its a specialty drink I want then I cross my fingers and hope they get it right this time.

They had to remake my coffee 3 times the girl was argued that it was caramel but it was way to light and tasted like vanilla services are slow had 2 wait 15 mins will not come back to Newnan lagrange is alot better and faster and better service

I drive by this location everyday. And any time I stop no matter if it is inside or drive through my order is wrong and the staff act as if it is the biggest inconvenience to remake it CORRECTLY. Starbucks are a dime a dozen skip this one.

This location is very busy(could use extra staff) but once you reach the drive thru window the staff is curtious. Today 8/12/16 when I finally reached the drive thru window I was told that the car in front of me had paid for my order.

They obviously dont know the difference between asiago cheese pretzel and a Dijon pretzel....people ate nice but I guess they dont hear well...also they had the snacks just sitting on the counter versus in the food case

whooooooo whoop this was lip licking good. even though they turned down the soy sauce recipe i pitched to them i was very pleased with the bathrooms. there was two ply toilet paper and i only use coosh to wipe my tooosh

As one said already it is an awkward location to drive in and out of. It seems like this is an issue with several businesses in this particular town. As for the coffee- fair, and decent just like other locations.

This one is so hard to get to and man is the drive through terrible. Parking also is a mess if you decide to go in but Ive attempted going numerous times and feel like I def wont go back again.

First time at this location and was about 10th in the drive thru lane but moved along fairly well. My order was correct and the staff was very friendly. A happy customer :-)

The morning shift staffs are great ! The coffee is great as well !! Only concern that I have is the parking lot... (they need to have more parking spaces !!)

This is the slowest Starbucks in Georgia. The people are nice enough, but do not stop by if youre looking to spend less than 20 minutes in the drive thru.

This location makes the best Flat White by far. I travel nationwide and no one (not even San Fran) can get the foam as right as the people here do.

I am picky lol. I stop here probably everytime I drive to Texas. Always had great service and everytime I use the drive thru cause I am traveling.
