Its a great coffee shop. The workers are nice and make good tasting coffees. It has a very pretty interior design. Im satisfied every time I visit. Yet, there are two things that I complain of. One is that the music is too loud inside. I told one of them if he could lower the volume a little bit. He said he would, but I didnt see any difference. I had to get outside to receive a call from my friend. Ive been to many different starbucks coffee shops before, and I can say that the music of this coffee shop is louder. I understand that the workers will be less bored with loud music, but I think it should be first for the customers who want to spend time relaxed. Im pretty sure that Im not the only person who felt this way. One other thing is unclean tables. I have cleaned with wet tissues several times the tables that I sat at because they were not clean enough to put my laptop computer and books. Some sticky stuff was still on the table, so I moved to a different table. Yet, that table was not clean, either. I had to clean it. Im not writing this to make you feel bad, but its because this is my favorite place in town, I go to this starbucks very often, and I want to get better sercice.

I want to send Hannah a huge thank you, I was having a very hectic day the other day and my little girl spilled her hot chocolate on her new outfit that she picked out. So we both panicked a little. Hannah made her another and my girl was happy again. A few days later, I ordered my drink and Hannah remembered us and my drink was on the house. I see Hannah a few times a week and Im glad I now know her by name and appreciate her act of kindness and great customer service. Thank you Hannah!

I think its a really nice place the drinks are really good the people that work there are very nice, the foods also good and they have a nice selection to choose from the workers also recommend drinks that they think you would like based off of the other drinks you have gotten there

Most of the staff is very friendly, but a few arent. The food and drinks are great, tho, and the selection is usually good. When something isnt available the baristas are very helpful by suggesting good alternatives. Love the atmosphere.

At this starbucks they make only somethin similar to what you want and then get crappy when you ask about it... Worst starbucks attitude in lexington.

Had a berry and cream drink. So refreshing! Its a big Starbucks w lots of patio seating. Very nice.
