I have done business with Forsyth Fabrics multiple times. My initial experience was flawless and conducted very professionally. However, EVERY encounter since, has been less than pleasant OR professional. The employees conducting business over the phone are rarely polite and act as if it is burden to be handling your order. If you are placing any orders over the phone, be warned. You will have to place a second call in order to receive a total or confirmation of your order--the reasoning behind that, I still do not know. Not only are they unpleasant via telephone, dont expect any less in person. Negative attitudes are radiating from the majority of the employees, and it will only heighten if you ask them any questions outside of cutting you yardage. As in any situation, I am certain that there are kind employees working at Forsyth Fabrics, but I have yet to meet any. Should I ever consider doing business with them again, I hope to meet those souls.

I would like to announce that Forsyth Fabrics is a place that employs Thieves they will not correct the order of business that may end up in you losing your money. Oh, our employee did a deal with you and used our address? Not our fault can you not come here a get loud because we may lose business...Oh guess what I dont have to leave my home anymore lets show them the power of internet please share if you care about people who spend their money for service and not for purse snatching. Forsyth Fabrics my money counts every penny. I dont take kindly to stealing!!!

When my wife and I arrived at Forsyth Fabrics, some of the staff was outside looking at the recent eclipse. They was so nice to share their glasses with us and allowed us to take pictures looking at the eclipse. Once we got inside and started looking for fabrics, Fredericka went above and beyond making sure we found what we needed. She gave us excellent advice and helped guide us in selecting the proper fabric for our project. Thanks for the great customer service.

Great fabrics, good prices. Its not cheap cheap, but then again, these are nice, higher end home decor fabrics, well-organized, etc. You get what you pay for. They have a bargain room too. Definitely one of the must visit places if youre into decorating your house and live it metro Atlanta.
