I have been going to this store for several years since I owned a Pfaff sewing machine. I recently went to this store to ask a question about how to download embriodery patterns from the internet to my Pfaff 7570 that I purchased several years ago. At the time I purchased my machine, I did not purchase the additional software to do this as I wasnt certain that I would use it. Needless to say, the people at the store were not helpful and very discouraging once they realized that I did not want to shell out $$$$ to buy a high end machine to do this. I did my research before I went to the store and asked them about current software products on the market that could be used to edit embriodery designs. They seem to have no knowledge about it. Since I had to drive over 50 miles to get to this store (round trip), I decided to buy some bobbins for my machine to make the trip worthwhile. They did not have them in stock and did not offer to contact me once they came in. I am on their mailing list and just recieved a newsletter advertising a two day event on the latest trends in embriodery!!! I recently discovered a Pfaff store in Fairfield, Ohio (north of Cincinnati) that I will check out instead of this store... I wont be returning to this store.

Small cramped store. Not a lot of variety. Half the shop is machines. No one greeted me, except when i was leaving. I just moved to the area and i am an avid sewer. I will Not be coming back here.

Bob did wonderful repairs on my sergers. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The print options they have are lovely and arranged by color.
