WOW, wish I had read the reviews before going to this location! They are so extremely rude. The manager spent 10 minutes trying to prove me wrong, when my JOANN app showed a sale and he would not honor it. He said "I will let you have a couple at that price but all that you picked out" when I told him I no longer wanted anything and that I would be calling corporate, he backed peddled saying I told you, you could have at that prices," I reminded him he did not..... left him standing there. Corporate was not much better...I see where he gets his attitude from... Also while I was there, I overheard a customer ask the girl at the cutting table how she liked working for Joanns, her reply, "Its a job" the lady apologized for asking.

I went in there today, after saying I would never go in there again because of the employees attitude last time, and was amazed at the rude treatment I received again. I was purchasing something that was clearly marked wrong so I ask for the manager...who was worse than any employee I have encountered there. Which is probably why everybody there is so miserable. Joanns fabric store is obviously doing great and dont need my money because they absolutely do not want my business. I went to Michaels craft store and bought all I needed. I will never step foot in JoAnns again.

Ive been to this store on several occasions, and Im still waiting for the one visit where I encounter a helpful staff member. The prices arent any better than anywhere else (and in some cases, higher), and the rules on the sales are unclear at best. I am disappointed that (as a self-proclaimed fabric store) they dont carry textiles for all crafts. I was looking for wool to do some needle felting and was told they didnt carry ANY of the supplies I needed. My visits are getting less and less frequent.

Went to this store with my wife and 2 year old son. My wife buys craft items here to make necklaces, rings, etc. my son found a small ball they sell with Paw Patrol on it (his favorite cartoon). We had walked the whole store and were at the counter for cutting ribbons and such. When at this counter, my son was playing with the ball which we were going to buy for him and an employee took it from him and walked away... What is that about? Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Good luck getting out of here in a reasonable time. Almost always one checker, at the most two. And thats only when the line is out into the isle. While they normally have a good supply of goods, this is the only plus. And heads up to all parents with babies and toddlers. There is not family restroom, or even changing table in either bathroom.

Customer service was terrible. First and last time Ill go to this store. My wife was going to spend several hundred dollars in this store tonight and couldnt get help. After waiting for assistance for an extended period of time we just left. We will buy what she needs somewhere else. Gave it 1 star because you cant give 0.

I love Joann Fabrics. I can find everything I want . The associates are very helpful with anything I need. I especially love the coupon specials. They are very nice . I have also taken a class there and hope to take one in the near future. Thank you Mary cecil

Extremely unfriendly customer service. When cashing out was told by the cashier I was on her "hit list" because my gf went out to the car to get a coupon and I didnt get it for her. I will be speaking with her supervisor this week. Very unprofessional

Miserable customer service. The associates are immature and rude. They talk about people in their head sets and Argue about coupons and talk down to customers. If this store is still in business in 1 year it will be a miracle.

very unfriendly and rude employees. Exchange of merchandise of the same value day after the date of purchase without receipt is not possible. Only store in US has such restrictive policy.
