I have only dealt with this company through online ordering and customer service representation on the phone, and must say that I am very disappointed with their quality, care for their product and clients, and service. I ordered a large number of fabric swatches of their expensive POSH SILK VELVET line for which I paid $55.50. These swatches arrived in appalling condition; they were balled up together with the invoice and stuffed carelessly into the envelope to make everything fit. As a result the fabric was crumpled up and had lots of folds and wrinkles. I understand that these are remnant swatches; however, their cut and treatment is so careless that they are ragged and everything is full of lint. It’s a disgrace to the product and insult to the customer! Needless to say, I decided not to order from them and returned the swatches. I notified customer service via email with pictures of the mess, but they did not reply to me. So I called. I was promised a refund but never received an apology. Disappointing!

AWESOME!! SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE! The website is laid out so you can choose fabrics in the category you need. I personally was looking at upholstery fabric. Im redoing sofa/loveseat and 2 recliners. I found a fabulous suede water and solvent cleanable with 40,000 double rubs. I love how decorative fabrics describes the fabric in detail so you can make an informed decision. As i checked out some samples. I also inquired about some design help.And i got a wonderful email response. The delivery is quick and the prices are the best! I could not go to a furniture store and get such quality! Next i chose the recliner fabric also with decorative fabrics direct. Now i wait for the delivery. And soon the new upholstery will be done. The fabrics are top-notch/ clean. No where else does a website give great details like yours! Now im looking to redo another old Thomasville sofa...in a few months...

My experience with decorative fabric was terrible. I would not recommend this store to anyone I ordered a fabric that was low quality tried to get a refund I was told I could not because in was a special order which it wasnt. In almost begging a manager name penny she finally agreed to an exchange well I had to order samples about 50 dollars worth to find anything I could grow to like. I had to pay 44 dollars to ship this fabric back. When I called penny and gave the sample number she checked and told me that fabric was discontinued and then she told me they had refund my credit card minus restocking fee. I paid $37.00 to have this fabric sent to approximately $50.00 for samples $44.00 to return this fabric and 51.00 to restock.

Sooooooooo many beautiful excellent quality fabrics, I could spend hours there!!! Everything is SUCH a great deals. Majority of their fabric is around 10 bucks. Sad I didnt know about this place sooner!
