11 reviews 5.0 star rating 10/14/2016 I *love* this shop! --Great bikes at an affordable price --Incredibly cool employees --zero pressure to buy --endless patience for questions --deeply knowledgeable --bikes for every rider -- and part of an indie bike shop community in Atlanta-- they will send you in the right direction if you cant find what you need in their store (..but dont worry, they have EVERYthing.) I just bought a Kona Dew Plus which I absolutely love. I came in prepared to spend more on a road bike... any other shop wouldve sent me on my way with a product I didnt really need. These guys fit me with the perfect ride for my daily commute. Slick, speedy ride. Also, my 2 year old son was tearing around their shop for a half hour on a strider bike, bashing into stuff, and nobody batted an eye. Instead, they offered up advice on what the little dudes first real bike should be. Could not be happier.

These guys are great! My beloved bike was stolen a few months ago and I went to Pro Bikes for a new one. They set me up with a perfect fit and even talked me out of a more expensive bike I fell in love with there. They stressed that my needs and the bike I was adamant on buying was over kill for my usage and implored me to give their suggestion a try. They even explained to about re-sale value of my bike if I wanted to upgrade in the future. I am psyched with my ride and they saved me a pretty chunk of cash when they could have easily kept their mouth shut and taken my money. I would not go anywhere else and if you are looking for a bike you would be doing yourself a disservice by not stopping buy and having a talk with them. YG

Hands down, the best service experience Ive had in a retail store anywhere. The owner and his staff are so incredibly friendly and customer focused. My partner bought me a bike for our first anniversary and after 2 months I was just not comfortable with it. Brought it in, they determined it was not the right bike for me, switched it out, changed the gear shift type, added other features-- and one week later called that my new bike was ready. No additional charge. Easy to see why so many glowing recommendations on this site. Dont waste time going anywhere else....

Very good group of guys willing to help you and educate you on first time purchases. I brought the kid I am mentoring with his broken bike and they serviced it. The customer service we experienced was what had me coming back a month later to buy my own bike. A lot of shops around Atlanta have good ratings but these guys really earn my 5 stars and appreciation. Thank you again!

Such a cool spot! Vriginia Highlands has been way past due for a quality bike shop. The guys in there are great. Funny, friendly, and really know what theyre doing when it comes to every type of bike. Im also a huge Kona fan so Im glad to see a major carrier of the brand, as Atlanta has been lacking in Kona dealers. My new favorite spot!

These guys are great. I did not realize they were opening a shop in the neighborhood. Walked in and got a perfect solution for a bike problem I was having. Then we talked about some new gear I needed (helmet) and they ordered me the right size and color right there. Very cool. Thanks Paul and everyone for your help.

THIS BIKE SHOP IS AWESOME!! GREAT STAFF OF DOWN TO EARTH GUYS THAT DO NOT ACT LIKE YOUR "NOT IN THE CLUB" IF YOU ARE NEW TO BIKING. PATIENT AND HELPFUL. PERFECT SPOT IN VAHI. I BELIEVE THEY ARE ALSO RENTING BIKES!! SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES AND GIVE THEM A TRY, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Very friendly. Actually the best experience Ive ever had in a bicycle shop. I used to avoid going to them and did my repairs myself because of the way most shops treated customers. Fair prices and fast service.

Disappointed by the service here. Mechanics seemed uninterested in maintaining their agreed schedule and were not ready to complete the repairs when biked was finally picked up.
