Ive been going to Roswell BIkes for about three years now. Probably my favorite thing about the shop is they are one of the few in Metro Atlanta that not only has accessories in stock, but has a wide range. Not just entry level shoes or helmets, but higher end and fancy ones as well. Most other shops have left those to the domain of the internets. They also have a great selection of nutrition products and especially saddles, which, you would think you wouldnt have buy as often as I have had to. Also, I kinda just like going in there and pretending about all the bikes I could buy... "Ill have one of those, and one of these." Typical N+1 problems because they have so many in stock. Even fancy collectors ones in cases I kinda want to break into just to make sure someone rode them at least once!!! I do most of my own mechanikkking but they have always been helpful with parts special orders and they have glued on dozens of tubular tires for my friends. So if their tubies dont roll, theyre gonna be more than competent in every other repair aspect. Pro tip: Park in the lot next to Andretti Carting before you get to Roswell. Much easier to get into and out of.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The service department and management are absolutely terrible. Purchased my bike here and on the very FIRST ride the brakes weren’t working. Took it into the shop and they wanted to charge me $60 to first clean the bike when I hardly rode it since the BRAKE DIDN’T WORK. Ended up cleaning it myself and taking it back again where they said they fixed the brake. Went out for the SECOND ride on the bike and the rear brake pads FELL OFF before even making it out of the parking lot. Took the bike back again and they wanted to charge me for the brakes until I got a manager involved. Picked up the bike and tried to ride a THIRD time only to have the rear brakes not work and squeezing the handle all the way did nothing. I tried to take it back one last time but when they wanted to try and charge me again I decided to just call the manufacturer for a warranty myself. Thankfully at least Specialized and Tektro have proper customer service and I am now finally able to ride again without feeling like my bike is going to fall apart. I will never again go to or recommend Roswell Bicycles to anyone. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BIKE SHOP

I walked in to pro shop & was immediately greeted. After stating the equipment I was looking for the young lady put me in contact with Taylor. Taylor had answers to every technical question I had. I have very little knowledge about todays biking scene, geometry & components. With that said I left Roswell Bicycles updated & highly informed of todays idustries standards. As I looked over inventory, Taylor was away gathering various products for me. I had 4 other employees in total that greeted me & made sure I was being helped. The over all experience I had from walk in to point of sale was amazing & above average by far. Now lets shift gears. I felt the need to post a review which is probably the first time I have ever done this for any business. If you are buying bikes or any related gear I recommend Roswell Bicycles! Keep it local & keep it classy Georgia.

I stopped by Roswell Bicycles to get a replacement spoke for my kids bicycle. It really was that simple in my mind. I absolutely cant believe that after the whole big conversation about the geometry and the calculus and the trigonometry of the whole process, they absolutely refused to sell me a spoke similar to the one I held in my hand. I had to go another day without my kid having a bike. I could understand if this was about a prescription drug -- but for goodness sake, this is a simple metal rod. Im really not sure what to do now. They want me to bring the whole wheel in so they can measure the wheel with their precision instruments. But after the enormously condescending exchange, Im shy about going back there again.

I have had consistently good experiences with Roswell bikes. A novice rider with two growing kids, I have bought a number of bikes from Roswell and its always been a good experience. They take their time to understand your needs, help with fit and dont rush you into buying something you wont want or need down the road. I recently bought two bikes from Mike and he did a great job fitting both me and my son and helped us really think through picking out the best bikes for our needs. He made sound recomendations and politly challenged us on some of our ideas. It was appreciated. They have good prices on their bikes and you get a lot of value. I highly recommend Roswell bikes.

Best customer service experience I believe Ive ever had. Bike had been in the garage, unridden for 2 years. Took it to Roswell Bicycles and they took a quick look, made a couple of minor adjustments, pumped up the tires and sent me on my way about 10 minutes later with a minimal charge. Said he "could keep it and clean it up and get it back to me in a couple days for $90, but lifes too short". Agree totally. I will be back to see them whenever we have a bike issue, and when were ready to replace the ones we have. All I saw was the service area, but it looked like this place has anything anyone might need related to bicycles.

Have used Roswell bikes a number of times over the last few months for my time trial bike and today for my mountain bike. Each visit has seen a great outcome and each person I have dealt with in the service department has been highly knowledgeable and very helpful. Today Sylvester went above and beyond the norm as after I had mentioned I had planned to mountain bike over the next few days until I had a shifting issue he said he would do his utmost to get me back on the trails. As good as his word he called me twice to give me updates. He also was as good as his word and fixed the bike! Great job Sylvester and Roswell bikes!

Really like the people at Roswell as they really give you great advise. I wanted to go road biking with my mountain bike and after 5 minutes talking with the guys we decided to just put new tires on my bike. Besides I had had a problem with my saddle it was not width enough as Im a pretty tall guy. I was able to test two saddles to see which of the two felt the best. After I choose one Dave told me that I was allowed to bring it back if I found out in 10 days if this was not the right choice. Really awesome advise. If you are looking for a bike shop you found it.

Have used Roswell Bicycles for the past 3+ years and have found their sales/service staff to be courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable. They are a top rated bike retailer but have never gotten so big to forget about customer service. I have had 3 different bikes serviced over the years and have been pleased with the quality of work and timeliness of repairs each and every time. They are also willing to order that special part that other bike shops just dont carry. I highly recommended Roswell Bicycles, whether a recreational cyclist or a hard core racer!
