Was very disappointed, we drove over 35 miles to eat a family meal, the biscuits were hard as a rock, I mean you could turn them over, tap them with a fork, and it sounded like you Were hitting the table. We told the waitress, who carried them back and asked if I would like cornbread, i said no maam id like some fresh biscuits, she returned with 2 biscuits that were just as hard as the others, and said this is the best we have. By this time I am almost furious, I had already asked to see a manager, because I do not like to get ugly with the waitress. He finally came out, and asked if everything was ok, I told him no it was not, that I wanted fresh hot biscuits, or he could keep the whole meal, the chicken tenders and country fried steak has been cooked so long they were both tough, and the hash brown casserole wasnt barely warm. He said it would take 15 minutes for fresh biscuits to cook, would I mind waiting.... Um no, that is what I ordered to start with! They re-cooked my meal, and comped it, that is not what I wanted, I am willing to pay for my meal, but please let it be somewhat fresh!

This was possible the worst experience my husband and I have had at any cracker barrel restaurant. We were told our wait would be 10 minutes, it was more like 30. Then once we were finally seated we saw no Waiter for five more minutes. She appeared, waiting on the table next to us and informed us she would be right with us. This is when her friend from church appeared and they began to have a conversation. This lasted 5 to 10 minutes. It was at this point we left and had lunch at the Hardys down the way where we were finally given service. If I could rate this cracker barrel less then one star on this site I would.

Been to this location a few times. Never had a good experience at this location. The service is always horrible. The food is always lacking (Im assuming because of a horrible cook and bad management). Honestly, every time I go to this location is because someone else wants to go. This last time I left because my table was given away after I waited for 20 minutes!!!! I asked what they were going to do about it, the response was.... "Uhhhh Uhhhh I dont know" . If you have a choice in a restaurant DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE!!! If you dont have a choice then my condolences.

Service totally sucked here, plus we had to remind the server that our whole meal was not delivered. The manager was just standing around doing absolutely nothing. This location has the worst food as well. I ordered the chicken & dumplings, well it was just dumplings with 1 tiny chicken piece. It was literally like a McDonalds chicken nugget stripped of the breading. I hope I never have to stop here again. Avoid if possible.

Zero stars. Our service was terrible. The food came out for half of my party and then 30 minutes later for all but 2 of us. After another 20 minutes, they told me they think they gave my burger to someone else and still had not brought out my daughters pancake. An hour and 20 minutes and no pancake, no burger. The restaurant was half empty so crowd was not a factor. I will not return.

I use to work at cracker barrel and have always loved to eat there But no other time was as good as last night , Everyone was very kind and carring, our server Jackie M was awesome, I have never had a waitress or waiter be this attentive, and when she couldnt be her co-workers were. I will be back and I will ask for Jackie M at the Adairsville, Ga. location Great Job Jackie A+++++

Two roaches crawled across our table during our meal! Ugh, & the manager had no intention of even offering to cover our bill until we called her to the register. Horrible yet comical. She actually asked are you sure it wasnt the same Roach? (meaning not two of them) Nope, this one had a completely different look in its eye, lol!?

I waited about 5 minutes after being seated to be waited on. When the food arrived it was lukewarm and the server had their thumb in the roast beef gravy. It took forever to get a drink refill. It is a shame really, because the Cracker Barrel just north of here is so much better even though the menu is the same.

They have a GREAT understanding with MICROWAVING! Food was terrible & everything was ice cold till they nooked it....Coke was GREAT but service Was NOT!! Will Defly not be back after drive to & from Destin, FL !!!! FYI....there is another Cracker Barrel a few exits up...

I use to like to eat at this place but now they have had to cut back on the food you use to get for your money and now you get a childs size plate and the food is not the same as it use to be, Like i said it use to be real good but now it has gone to the dogs.

Services was somewhat slow during our visit (took a while to order food and once ordered half our table got food 5 minutes before the other half) but the food was good and the country store and checkers did a great job of distracting the 4 kids at the table.

Normally not too busy and normally great service, but my last 2 trips have been poor on the service. (Like the server just isnt paying attention and the tip reflects it) The food and the store keep me coming back.

Ive never understood the fascination with this place. Its loud and the food is nothing special. Its a little expensive and there is always a wait. No wifi and always crowded. Just not a place I ever choose

Hostess cant tell time. Said 10 minute wait. More like 30. Waited 10 minutes after seated and never got greeted. Got better service at Hardees down the road. Locals need to step up there standards.

Ive never been a fan of the food, but I keep trying to like this chain. Ive been to a few and they all seem to be consistent. Sucks theres no WiFi because NO phone signal gets through the roof.

Waited 30 minutes for turkey sandwich plain for takeout then the clerk told me I had the wrong ticket and could not ring it up. Never going to cracker barrel anywhere again!
