Went in to eat with my family. Attempted to order what we normally order and were told we could not order it. The server Charice explained that there were no substitutions in the breakfast that we wanted to order. We explained that normally they accommodate us but she was insistent that it could not be allowed. The only way to get what we wanted was going to cost almost $15. As a manager was passing, we explained that Charice was doing what she was supposed to but asked for his advice as to how we could order without it costing us $15 per person. He said that is the only option. When we explained that management had accommodated us previously, he stated the only way to substitute is to get Corporates or The district managers approval. He did not apologize or offer any other suggestions as to what we were wanting. He seemed not willing to help in any way and walked away after letting us know if we decided to go somewhere else, our drinks would be compensated. I was not rude or angry with either one. I was a little frustrated at their lack of willingness to come up with a solution to the problem. I understand that there are certain policies in place and sometimes no substitutions can be granted, but just the overall lack of appreciation for their customers. We decided to go somewhere else. We were able to go to IHOP and get pretty much the same thing we were wanting there for $5 less than what it would have been at Cracker Barrel. It was deleicious! This Cracker Barrel location has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning.

Didnt even get to eat, I guess it was just very busy, but the ball was still dropped from the hosting to the waitress. We were told 20 min and ended up being 35, drinks took about 8 minutes but that wasnt it. After receiving our drinks the waiter just dropped them off and left. She didnt even ask if we wanted to order. 15 minutes MIA waitress. She dropped off a pretty big order next to us, then she came to us, half way ordering the big order had some issues, well she stopped our ordering to handle the mistake, as I felt bad for the customer who was paying a big bill that customer gave me such an evil eye for no reason. Ten more minutes went by, the waitress was very unprofessional, no way to handle customers even the way she spoke was uneducated. At this point we were done. The waitress sent her manager who tried to make it right, however we all lost our appetite. Walking out the District manager asked how was our stay, and I told him we didnt eat. He was amazing at winning me back (for another location for now). I will not be returning here maybe for a long while.

At this location The cashiers dont ever speak or welcome you to there place of business I tell you the truth they make you fell like you dont wont to come back with there slowness and attitude. Employees note to self you chose this place to work not the customers. This is the worst place for CARRY OUT.....I thought that meant it be ready the time you pick it up. Every time I have called at least 30min in advance and it is still not ready go in to get it you have to look for the cashier not to mention the restaurant is half empty so why does it take that long to cook breakfast food. Craker Barrell need to give people a time to pick up a take out so people food can ready and they dont have to wait. Im done they have lost my business. This is so bad that I had a group of 50 to come in town next week and at least half of them said pls dont take us to That slow place again so now Marietta Dinner Now our new breakfast spot for now on. They welcome you with a smile, say good morning and the food is Excellent.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! THERE SHOULD BE A WAY TO GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!! My daughter and I went to this restaurant ordered some food to go. I ordered the roasted/grilled half chicken in foil w/ corn and potatoes. I received Roast, sausage and corn in foil. Even if I ate red meat it didnt look appetizing at all. My daughter ordered the chicken and dumplings...there must have been two spoon fulls in the container and it DID NOT contained my a smidgen of chicken and was runny like someone actually added water at the end....I want to compare it to baby food, but it looked so much worse that any baby food Ive ever seen. We returned the food as soon as we got home...what a waste of time and money! The manager returned our money with a very unsincere "Sorry bout that" Wow! I will never go back there!

Terrible. Ive tried ordering to go from her twice and both experiences were terrible. First time they took my name down as LIME instead of Lauren and I had to wait over 30 minutes on my lunch break to get a salad! Then today I thought some time had passed and thought I would try it again and ordered a salad again was late arriving thinking maybe that would help and had to wait again for 30 min to get a SALAD! They called the person after me to get their country ham meal but still no SALAD. Still waiting..... I am never coming back here again and I work write down the road. Nope. No matter how convenient this is. Im never coming back.

We stopped here one evening before we left for Fort Lauderdale to eat a warm and delicious meal. However, we were disappointed that it took longer than expected to get our food, although the restaurant wasnt crowded. The service was unsatisfactory and the quality of the food was poor. We ordered the country fried steak with double sides of okra and the roast beef with mashed potatoes and green beans. The mashed potatoes and green beans were dry (possibly exceeding their hold times), and the fried okra overcooked. This is not the same quality food, and service that is expected from Cracker Barrel.

Our visit to Cracker Barrel yesterday afternoon was on the same day as the SEC Football Game at the ATL Dome. The restaurant was packed and the staff did an excellent job! They were so friendly and conscientious. From the hostesses to wait staff to shopping in gift shop, and especially to dining, it was a great experience! They handled the crowd exceptionally well! We left satisfied, hungry no more. The gift shop had wonderful Christmas gifts and decor. And the country store vibe was, and is, wonderful and a step back in time! We will definitely go back!

My chicken fried steak was chicken Fried Chicken, and the waitress didnt check on us quickly enough for me to basically eat everything else, so by the time I got the corrected order and then got the to go box, the Manager took my ticket I had already paid for and gave me the portion for my meal back. For the record, the server had entered the chicken fried steak, and she did not deliver our food. The manager should be given props, food for Crackel Barrel was standard and on point.

I love Cracker Barrel. I went in with my lady on Fathers Day. It was packed. We had about a 30 minute wait (no issue). Our waiters name was Jay. His service is to be commended. Jay was on point the entire time. When i needed him he was there, but was not over barring. The only down point is not just with this location but all of them...they need to get hot sauce (NOT Tabasco). Some Texas Pete, Louisiana, or Franks.
