The line was very long when I went this afternoon. They one cashier was helping a lady find the perfume bottles for boxes which was taking a very long time. I asked another lady who was walking around the store if she was able to open up a register to help, she told me know because she did not like doing the registers. She only did them if they made her. And was laughing. Another worker came on duty and saw the line. But did not help she went back to the floor. I will not be going back.

This place is full of smiles and excellent customer service...literally. The manager Hope is truly an asset to the store...she is always more than willing to help...you can tell she has a heart of gold! Thank you for making me feel comfortable...and thanks store associate Parker for the jovial personality.

Had to purchase the single fresheners that do not have a very strong fragrance and are impossible to get the bottle into the diffuser. The guy working there was laughing and talking to the other associate and offered no assistance. The customer service in this store has really declined.
