Went here on 07/02/16 and requested a Kandy (gravity) pen battery and coil and was given a Dr. Dabber battery and coil. I asked the young girl three times if they would fit the Kandy pen, and her and the young guy there both insisted it would. Taking a trip to Chicago, didnt check the pen until I got there because I trusted them, and neither the coil or the battery fit the mouthpiece or the coil because they were magnetic and the Kandy pens screw on. This is the second time Ive had issues at this store. Never going back, will be sure everyone knows the employees dont know what theyre talking about. $100 wasted. Thanks.

By far the best smoke shop in town - the Clifton location is lit! The staff always takes good care of me when I come in - thanks Ben for always remembering the right size banger I need! These guys know their stuff and can actually explain how everything in the store works (unlike most other shops, including the one next door). Thanks for keeping it legit in Cincinnati!

Very friendly staff and well educated on the products that they are selling. Ben & Kobe are awesome! Extremely happy I stopped in before heading my friends wedding. We had a - PARTY LIKE A ROCKSTAR - great time and I will make sure to stop back whenever I make the trip back to Cincy!

Great service and awesome employees! The manager Damon was a huge help with finding the perfect table top vaporizer for my GF and I. He was very knowledgeable and was enthusiastic about answering any and every question we had.
