CRACKER BARREL IS A FAMILY MEETING PLACE! WE DONT ASK WHERE TO EAT OUT, JUST WHAT TIME! THE TAKE OUT SERVICE IS JUST AS KIND ON A PLATE AS DINNING IN! THE OLD COUNTRY STORE IS A PLACE TO REMEMBER THINGS FROM YOUR CHILDHOOD FROM THE 1CENT...hotball-jawbreaker, to beautiful past time quilts. Something for every room in the house! Like an old General Store, neatly stocked...and amazingly great prices for the quality you are getting! Dont forget to rock a while on the front porch, if your belly is full from all that amazing home made food, you may get a tiny nap in. I hope Crecker Barrel will become a part of your family. We have many fond memories @ the Douglasville location...yet on family vacations many miles away, we still feel at home @ all other CrackerBs around the Country, they go on vacations with us! Enjoy the hospatility, its from the heart and hard work, from the greeter to the register workers, from the cooks to management, each work just as hard to make your time at CB as pleasent as if it were their own!

This use to be one of my favorite restaurants. There was a huge misunderstanding about my order so my entire order got canceled!! Waited over an hour with my two kids, hubby and father in law. Then my order was given to me incorrectly. I order the old timer breakfast. I dont like the has brown casserole or the fried apples so I didnt get that anyways. I asked for scrambled eggs with cheese and it was not. I told my wait we "Emily" it was not and she looked at me and said those are scrambled. My bacon was not cooked light like o asked it was very greasy. I had my gravy with hard biscuits and no grits!! The manager did try to make it up to us for the wait but I will not be returning here as its become obvious when you complain and get them in trouble they do not care about getting your order correct or a satisfied customer.

A friend of mine and I usually go to the other location out that way, but we were close to this one! HUGE MISTAKE!! All the silverware was filthy. Our drink cups were filthy. And being the only African Americans we were the only ones who didnt get checked on by the manager. Craziest thing. We literally kept watching him walk past us and check on every single person at least twice and skipped us every time. Our waitress took for ever to check on us. Food took forever. We had to leave. It was very upsetting.

Went here after church today. It was what I would consider a normal Sunday afternoon for Cracker Barrell. First, we had to ask for three new sets of silverware because ours had food stuck to it. Second, the lemonade was served in a chilled glass, but it was warm; I had to ask for ice. Our waitress acted like it was our fault that she had so many tables to wait on. Bottom line, service wasnt very good and the food was mediocre at this location.

Went at 6pm on a Saturday for a birthday dinner, not too busy and they had plenty of wait staff. Our server, I think her name was "Carigan" or something Irish or Scottish like that, was very prompt and attentive, but not "hovering". She was great, not to mention totally adorable. Food was great - we ordered quite a variety and all of it was delicious, and didnt take very long at all to arrive at the table. Would definitely go back!

Parties of same amount (6) that came in after us got seated first. When I question the hostess she got very unfriendly. We were seated 20 minutes before someone took our drink order. Another 20 minutes to get them. Parties that came in after us sat, ate and left before we even got our food. We walked in this restaurant at 7:02 walked out at 8:52. We had 3 different waiters. Worse experience we ever had.

Thanksgiving day experience we stopped at cracker barrel in Douglasville Georgia off hwy 5 we had the worst service ever. We will never return to this place again every time in the past its always been the same thing. Poor waitress food under cooked. Some people didnt get all the food they ordered. They ran out of Turkey. Management sent people home. And Hair in the mac and cheese.

The restaurant, bathrooms and store area are always clean and tidy , the staff is always helpful and ready to take care of customers. There are times when the wait staff is spread to thin to get to every customers needs, but that is a rare thing and usually at shift change. The food is tasty and they are very good at taking care of special requests.

This was our last time ever eating here. In the past we have gotten cold food, long waits, and once I got a grilled ham and cheese and I bit into the bone. They didnt even take the bone out. Today I was served pancakes on a dirty plate and didnt realize it until I was halv done. Talk about gross. Never again!!!

Typical Cracker Barrell. Good food and always consistent. Nice facility. Adequate parking. Location is a little out of the way, but nothing too horrible. As per most Cracker Barrell, they have peak and off hours. Avoid the peak hours and you are fine (even with a larger crowd).

It took about about an hour or more to get food and the Manager had the wait staff doing more than they could handle. He never even touched a table. Bad management. I will not come back to this one. I would rather drive to the one on Thornton road 10 miles away.

I really love this location and dine here often. My family and I have never had a bad experience with service nor the food. Everyone is always friendly and efficient. The restaurant is homey and clean and the food is a great value - tastes hot and fresh.

When i was making$100 grand a year people loved ,now I have cancer,bank rupped & got hit by a truck,have a $8,000 wound vac,& people think they can fu+ck me. I spent cash,and food was HORRIBLE! Never eat at a cracker barrel again,& i use to love it.

This place sucks go somewhere else. Took 50 min to get a drink. Would have left 30 min ago but my mom wanted to eat here.. Cant beleive we drove past real restaurants to go to this unproffesional circus

Went today for mid-day breakfast, it took 25 mins to place an order, another 30 to get the food and then they brought me black burnt bacon instead of the sausage I ordered. Will not be returning

Has a very interesting touch. The food is great and although the place was packed it was worth the wait. The store, had alot of nifty items, and the staff is very friendly and profesional.

Very slow and foods ok. Some of the waitresses dont care about making sure drinks are filled ect... some of our good came out cold and when we sent back too forever to bring back.

This place has been around a while, they are nothing special, regular everyday eggs and bacon. The crowd is usually older folks it just isnt a place that attracts the young crowd.
