The service was fast and friendly. The food was FANTASTIC!!! I gave 3 stars to this location though because I found them to be very cheap in their treatment of to-go orders. My friend and I were traveling and had lunch there but we wanted to have a couple breakfast items for later. I asked to have an order of pancakes with extra syrup and the frenchtoast made up near the end of our meal. Which they did :) What I found to be cheap was that the pancakes w extra syrup consisted of 2 small bottles of syrup. Any other Cracker Barrel that I have been to has been much more generous in condiments, food and everything in-between. I expected the usual four bottles and 1-2 extra as I had ordered extra. I realize and appreciate being wise and frugal with ones resources but anyone that has had Cracker Barrels WONDERFUL pancakes knows, two small bottles are not enough... This is two weeks after my visit there and Im still irked. Ive never been treated so cheaply at a Cracker Barrel before :/ :( I wonder if I had eaten that while there if they would have given me more from the start or charged me extra beyond the first bottle. As far as I know The cost of syrup is included in the costs of the meal. Its not like they are giving you something extra out of generosity. Cracker Barrels in general are FANTASTIC restaurants!!! I would be surprised to hear anyone say their food was less than EXCELLENT!!! Normally would be a five star experience :)

Weve always loved Cracker Barrel. But, since Brads Wife has been FIRED from an Indiana CB, were BOYCOTTING ALL CBs!!! Rumors have been swirling around about the firing, BUT supposedly Brads Wife was always an exceptional employee and very well liked by the employees and customers. She was planning on retirement within the next few months and several employees report (their own posts) THAT is the reason why she was FIRED after several years of loyal service.......To save CB from retirement benefits package payout. If this is TRUE, CB deserves to lose their customers. Waiting to see what comes of this situation. Heard that Brad and his wife have hired a lawyer. That tells me that CB probably are "in the wrong". Will see what happens when this case is exposed in the courts and how CB remedies the situation.

I would normally give this place a 5 star because i love Cracker Barrel. But today wasnt my besy experience. There was a piece of hair in my food and a fly lands in my plate. Lets just say my appetite totally changed afterwards. They offered me a different meal but i was no longer hungry. Of course i didnt want to make a scene. But i just wouldve liked a different response to my compliant. No manager came to see me. Just my waitress. Maybe ill be better next time. Or ill try a new breakfast place on my next trip to Kentucky.

Its ALWAYS busy, but the service is fast and excellent. Ive never had them tell me longer than a 15-20 minute wait and of course its usually less than that. Keep in mind though Im usually a party of 3, but time goes by fast with all of the random finds they have in their store. Theres never a long wait for food and it is fresh and satisfying. I come from Ohio just to go to this location. Its closet to my house, but I would still choose this location. Such a polite staff.

The place was super busy when we should up about 10 am. The wait in line wasnt bad for 2 for how many people were in the waiting area. Once we were sat at our table the waitress was prompt at our table for our drink order. Waitress was prompt, polite, and quick to serve. Food came out as ordered and tasted consented with other crackerbarrells. I would return again if I am in the area. The reason for 4 out of 5 was the lemonade I order was very sour and had to drink.

Excellent restaurant! We eat at cracker barrel a lot and this one is the best by far. They were packed . Not a seat in the house with tons of people waiting outside to where we had to park in a neighboring parking lot. We only waited 15-20 minutes for a table and our food was out in no time hot and fresh. Definitely a 5 star restaurant.

Cracker Barrel is always a nice place to stop for a consistently good country breakfast but the staff at this one seemed extra bubbly & pleasant. We had a big group & the waitress was very efficient & sweet. Out coffee cups were always full, our food came out correctly & quickly, and she set us up with coffee for the road too.

We experienced great service and good food. We were in town for a few days and had 1 dinner here, and just agreed (after seeing the breakfast menu) that we would just have breakfast the remaining 3 days since it sounded appetizing. Each day the food was tasty and the service was great making you feel as a welcomed guest.

Good food, had the Friday cod. I like the southern trout they have also.No complaints. They are fairly busy so if you have a large party expect a little wait but they seemed like they were calling people at a decent rate and it only took 15min for my wife and me to be seated.Have the baked Apple dumpling and dont share.

This location is an amazing experience that is very consistent with the Cracker Barrel experience. The food is great, but what the excellent service makes the food even better. You cant beat the Cracker Barrel charm & atmosphere and takes you back as if you were going to a grandparents house for dinner.

I cant believe how much fun I had here. Best staff eva!! We were here twice in the same trip. We never do that!! Its expected at Cracker Barrel that you would have good food but when the staff present well and do their utmost to make you feel comfortable thats extra.

The food was exactly the same as any other location. This is a good thing. I dined alone this time and felt like I was being rushed out the door, even though there were other tables available. The waitress a bit distracted and hard to communicate with.

Both times Ive been here I waited a long time for service from my waitress to even come to the table. Otherwise, food is good, servers were polite, and the hosts were friendly. Expect a wait at lunch time, and dont expect much hustle from your server.

Quality food at reasonable prices. Our server was efficient and took special attention to the fact we had toddlers in our party of 8. Our food was made quickly, but not without careful thought to our detailed order. We WILL be back.

The food is delicious, the employees are friendly, get great service every time we eat here. The chicken n dumplings are great. The old general store has such a great variety of merchandise. Very affordable and good quality.

If you want some good southern comfort food at reasonable price, this is the place. We like to stop at Cracker Barrell when we are traveling bc it is a good break, good food, and the gift stores are nice to walk around in.

awesome service and food. the 5th star is because they do not offer a military discount for veterans and active alike. for such a family friendly place you would think that would include the military family as well.
