Im only leaving 1 star because 0 wasnt an option. I ordered personalized pliers for my father-in-law as part of a gift for being best man in our wedding. I ordered on 10.4 with plenty of time to get it in time. On 10.18 I emailed about my order, the next day it shows up as a canceled status. All I asked was if it was going to make it in time, no response at all. Just an order status of cancelled. I have now emailed 4 times, with no response, explanation and no opportunity to continue with the purchase. I would have gladly paid a rush fee or shipping expedite charges, etc. had someone just called me or emailed me. This company is a SCAM! Find another shop, that actually deserves and wants to do good business.

I ordered a personalized pocket knife for Valentines day. I received an order confirmation that said usually ships in 2-3 business days. After 5 business days and not hearing anything, I sent an email asking if they had an estimated ship date. No response. The next day I checked my status on their site and it showed my order had been cancelled? Never heard anything from them.

I placed an order for a magnetic nativity set for over $70.00. It was a 13 piece set. I only received a 10 piece set. I have sent 6 emails over a months time period asking for help with this problem. I cannot find a phone number to call. The number online has been disconnected. No one has responded to my emails. Did they go out of business? I am frustrated.

I ordered a personalized wooden box cutter (yes, they exist!) as a gift for my family for opening Christmas presents. The price was excellent and the quality was amazing. No problems with communication. Packaging could have been a little bit better but the product wasnt hurt at all in the shipping. Thanks Cranberry Junction!
