They are always so helpful and bring my order to my car since Im handicapped. This afternoon was no exception. Meal was brought to my car and I found a shaded place to eat some of it. The Haddock was not good, very dried out, but the tartar sauce was so good I began eating that alone. Broccoli was excellent, mashed potatoes with gravy were boring but the sweet potato was extremely good. (began wondering why I ordered two potato sides) After several minutes I realized I FORGOT to order the main item I went there for ~ cabbage! I called back in and told the nice young man I was afraid I was losing my mind and would he bring that out to me....he did and there was NO CHARGE. So while some of the meal wasnt up to par, I would recommend this place. I just have to think clearly about my order in the future :)

Horrible - Called in a carry-out order. Person answered was rude. Placed the order and picked up on time. Cashier didnt split the check as it was ordered and got an attitude when I asked to split it. Food was HORRIBLE. Meatloaf was the nastiest thing I have ever eaten, Not sure if it was poor quality meat or poor cooking skills. Nothing like what CB meatloaf used to be like. I am not sure it was even meatloaf. Mashed Potatoes were so dry i would have thought they were instant. I would have rather eat a half baked potato right out of the skin. This is my 3rd bad experience here all with different food but same staff. It will be quite some time until I go to a Cracker Barrel or at least this location and it is so convenient.

I normally read reviews of restaurants and seldom leave one. That said, this one seemed to deserve a higher average rating than what was showing. Reataurants are run by people for people and people always have different work ethics and expectations, so I can only tell you about this one experience. My dad and I came for an afternoon late brunch on a Sarurday around 2pm. Lunch crowd was still here, but leaving. We were seated promptly, silverware was clean (despite some other reviews), service was prompt, food was prompt, hot, and good! Amount of food was plentiful for the $17 check. Excellent.

one star is over-rating this location...they lost the take out order for four dinners, so we had to wait for preparation instead of just picking up as planned. Two of us ordered fried chicken with mashed potatoes...the smart one tossed the dinner in the garbage, but I ate mine with difficulty. The chicken was salty/spicy and the mashed potatoes were off color because of all the black pepper mixed into them. I woke up in the middle of the night with a burning stomach. I will never go back to this location.

Nov 18 2016, I took my mom out for dinner and she wanted Cracker Barrel. We had the best dinner in a long time! first of all super reasonable, 2 dinners with 3 sides and fountain drinks for $23 was hard to believe. The service make it amazing Nicole G was training a new server but never missed a beat. Great service the whole time! Also wanted to mention a great manager (Tony) that stopped by and had a great personality. Thanks for a great night!

The food was great but the service was horrible. It took forever for our salads and when we asked about them she said "Sorry I havent had a chance to make them yet. I hope I can get them out before the meals come out." It must have been foreshadowing because the meals did come out before the salads. When is that even an exceptable statement? She was decent at providing drink refills but not very good at pre-bussing.

This place has REALLY improved over the last year! It used to be the worst Cracker Barrel in Cincinnati, now its pulling ahead of them all. Service used to be sullen, at best. Now service is enthusiastic, and becoming more skilled. Food quality was always decent, now its exceptional. Dont know whether they changed Mgrs., or just hired in some decent people. If you havent been here lately, prepare to be surprised.

Ive always liked Cracker Barrel. Just a country cooking kind of guy. Cant think of anything different about this location. Come to think of it, Cracker Barrels are pretty consistent. My only complaint would be the sawmill gravy sausage gravy like Grandma made is so much better. I know thats a corporate recipe decision nothing to do with this location, just had to get that off my chest.

We come here all the time why I dont know. Every time never falls my silverware is dirty GROSS, the food is just okay. Last time got the Chicken and Dumplings my dad said dont get them a lot of my friends have said they are good. Sorry but they were GROSS dumplings taste like rubber and there was one piece of chicken in it.

Food was good but at the end of dinner the waitress started to leave the manager took the aprons and patted them down. New low for saving on food cost. Need to think about washing aprons at store. How can you down grade your employees more in front of guests? Lets not go there because it could get worse!!!!!

The server heather was really nice. But the food didnt have a generous portion and It was cold. I seen that management was doing the cooking, hopefully this will make him aware of his production. Everyone handling the food had hair net except management. Very disappointed he is not leading by example..

Service was great and the food was great. As for the atmosphere. A group of 5 very loud women and one man seem to think they were the only ones there. I felt they could of showed some respect for other customers and used there inside voices. This was in the late morning hours not after the bar closed.

This one of the worst Cracker Barrel their are need send Corporate from Tennessee, to strengthen this place out. I love my Cracker Barrel. But the staff really not operating ,Cracker Barrel way. In setting or ording ,very sad

Had the chicken and dumplings, they were cold, had asked for corn, and two pinto beans as my three sides, she forgot the corn and the beans were cold, finally got my corn at the end of my meal...waste of money and time.....

The service is the worst I ever had at any location 40 min to just have a glass of tea six tables came and gone so we just walked out manager just said he was sorry thanks for ruining one of my best lunch spots Cincinnati

We had THE worse waitress today for breakfast. To forever to get eating utensils, one of my milk cartoons was sour, we didnt have extra napkins & our good was almost cold. We got there b4 the crowd. Just disappeared!

Decent. Portions were small. Ordered trout, rice pilaf and side salad. Still hungry haha. Never cared for the pancakes as I used to order them all the time and didnt today. They always tasted oily and flat.

Rude our qaitr was Angela H. had a terrible disposition. Dropped the spoon on my foot without apology or excuse. Food was decent service deplorable keep driving manager was nice nasty and unhelpful as well
