This is in regard to the Valrico office. Ive been going here for over 10 years but its time to move on while Dr Szabo is awesome the front office is HORRIBLE. In the past I made an appointment, took off work and checked in only to be told they did not have me on the schedule. Another time, I was 5 minutes late for an appointment, got there and was told "oh the doctor just left, he didnt think you were coming" REALLY? Smh. The last time I was there no one seemed to know what they were doing, didnt know what I was supposed to be charged for my appointment thru my insurance and I remind you Ive been going there for 10 years, same insurance. The girl at the front desk kept running in and out of the front door, dont know why. Just really strange overall experience. Theres an older lady that sits in the front office area at a desk but acts like youre invisable, never greets you. Im tired of it. Going somewhere else to spend my money.

My wife, my youngest daughter, and I all all received great personalized care and professional service from the Eye Doctor and the entire staff at the Valrico location. Frank took care of my order and he exceeded my expectations. Their prices are very, very reasonable, and they go the extra mile in customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for eye care and glasses or contacts. You just cannot beat the feel of a family owned and operated business. Sure does beat those high priced chain stores that promise glasses in about an hour and them cannot deliver! Best decision we made as a family was to go to Sun Hill Optical in Valrico. Thats my story and I am sticking to it!

Returned my order three times and still hate the glasses. That means you had 4 chances to make a decent product and still failed. Poor service for something I paid $250 for plus what my insurance plan paid you. Will never go back again and have told all neighbors and friends NOT to use your facility. I am sure that this review will not be placed on your website.

I went here for my eye glasses and eye exam. The staff were so Nice and Friendly, very efficient. The PRICES were the best and the down time was 1 week. You cannot get better prices and service any where else. I would definetly refer them to my friend and family.
