I will never go to this place again I asked for a detailed print out of my receipt I was told I would get one when I picked glasses up we were told we had progressive lenses and we also wanted to add scratch protection we paid a extra $35.00 for this u asked the lady 2 times before leaving if we will have it she insisted we would checked 2 times before leaving when I went to pick them up the a different person was checking the glasses and noticed one of my lenses cracked thats when i asked him if the had scratch resistance he said no I told him we paid 35.00 for it I then went to the lady that did the order after she looked stupid for few min she said it was a computer glitch (bullshit) she said she would pay it out of her pocket thats when we found out that was only suppose to be 20.00 still no detailed receipt went back the fourth time they said they didnt charge us the 70 each for the high definition progressive charge by this time Im not even sure what I paid for I told them I was going to have someone else look at my glasses and tell me what kind of lenses I had and what was added to them and if they didnt match what they said I paid for I was contacting a lawyer because I felt like I was being scammed at the end if the day I got a call and they said they made a mistake about the high definition charge (bullshit) they were gonna reimburse me 90.00 so if you do business with these scamming thieves make sure you know what your buying and what your getting they are lyres and thieves I will never do business with them again

Worst experience Ive ever had at an eye doctor. I went in for a scheduled exam and waited over an hour. I finally saw the doctor who was not friendly and wouldnt thoroughly explain anything I asked. He put contacts in and my left eye felt terribly uncomfortable and I couldnt see the vision was extremely blurry and I asked him if I could please try another lense and he said no to keep it in for the whole week. I told the lady at the front dresk to please tell him again I cannot see out of my left eye and after becoming frustrated went and told him I was requesting a different lense to which he again refused. I went home that night and took the contact out and thought Id try again the next day. The vision was worse so I went back in and he refused to see me because he was going to lunch soon. I left and came back in 2 hours and waited another hour and a half to see the doctor who was clearly frustrated that I needed a different pair of contacts. The whole experience was a nightmare. Beware!!!

I had a pleasant experience here. I was seen right away. Didnt even get to browse the frames before they called me back for my exam. All the staff was very friendly. I wasnt completely satisfied with a couple things though. For one, my insurance didnt cover the full price of my glasses which they originally wanted me to pay close to $200 out of pocket so I couldnt get the prescription the doctor wanted me to get, but thats probably not their fault. Secondly, they told me they would call me when my glasses were ready to pick up. I waited over two weeks for a call. When I finally called them, they said my glasses were there for pick up. How long did they sit there? When were they going to tell me? And whats worse they saw what shape my old pair are in, barely held together with tape, scratched with super glue permanently smeared on my lens. The same pair Ive had for five years. Oh well.

Friendly staff, but 26 mins to wait for a pickup I already paid for?! Hire more staff to accomodate, please. One of the associates was on her computer without a customer from the time I checked in and clocked out during my wait. God forbid she use her last 20 minutes on the clock to help with a customer pick up. Someone eventually got to me; it took 30 seconds for him to grab my packages and have me sign a paper. Definitely not a convenient location. Hopefully they consider changes to improve this in the future.

This place is a joke, not only did it take two hours for them to conduct an eye exam but they tried to scam me. The price of their glasses in the store varies from the prices on their website. The frame style that I chose retailed for $70.00 dollars in the store and $10.00 dollars in the website. When I inquire about the disparity, they said that if I was to pay out of my pocket than the frames will cost me $10 but if I use my insurance they will cost me $70….what a scam!!!

The doctor who saw me was very rude and made me feel incompetent. However the lady at the front desk was very polite as was the one who helped me pick out glasses. I was in the office for quite sometime before being seen and before my glasses were ordered, about 4 hours total. Despite this, my glasses were ready within 3 days of being ordered, the fastest Ive ever gotten prescription glasses. Overall it was an "alright" experience.

I wish I would have read the reviews before going because theyre not wrong. The staff is not friendly at all. I had to wait like 5 minutes before anyone even said anything let alone, "How may I help you?". The doctor seems to do the bare minimum to get by. Im not confident that she performed my eye exam correctly. Also, the contacts are very expensive. Complete waste of time. There are far better eye providers in the area.

I have been going and taking my family here for almost 4 years now and have always had great service. The Dr.s are very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Rachel has been our service rep for most of our visits and she is simply the best! She has a way of helping and making one feel comfortable with any situation given her. The wait has never been anything but normal. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went there last year and they charged over $700 for a pair of glasses... I requested they e-mail me the prescription at that time, I then requested it over and over again, but they never would send it... When I went to pick up my glasses, I had to wait in line with people getting their exams and ordering their glasses before I could pick mine up, not sure why they couldnt mail them. I wont be going back.

Absolutely worst place Ive been too! Waited an hour and was still not seen, so I had to leave...my son was only there for an exam to rule out his vision being an issue because of headaches. Will have to make an appt elsewhere before seeing the neurologist! This place was unorganized and didnt care at all! The type of clientele were people with 5 kids that ran wild until yelled at....DONT GO HERE!

I like this place other than the prices.. Immediate appointments & they accept walk ins. Its clean and there respectful. but the prices are high.. but they do have good styles just not for those prices.. There Vera Bradlys are gorgeous but well over $200 now at eye expressions i got 2 pair of coach frames for that price.. but they were vry nice.. The store is in a great location to.
