Horrible customer service. Had been customer for 7 years. I went to reorder contact lenses today and when I asked if they had a sample to tide me over I was told no. I was told that I was inappropriately trying to order contacts and that I should have ordered before I ran out. She said she ordered her make up in time and so should I order my contacts. They said the only give samples to people with appointments. I have gone to their drs and place for 7 years. No longer though.

It was a very professional experience. The eye exam Doctor was kind and very friendly, professional and made sure that I was comfortable in every was. The staff ladies were nothing but sweet, professional and helpful. I actually witness a couple of very rude old shoppers that were very disrespectful to the ladies but they kept their professionalism at an all time high.

Too expensive! Raised the price 15 bucks and there are no equipment improvements or decrease in price for lenses. Im paying 15 more dollars for nothing extra. Why would I pay top dollar for a Walmart exam when I could pay the same price at a better brand named vision office? You wouldnt
