What a terrible experience with this florist. I ordered a fresh flower arrangement and selected the Premium (large) version shown on the webpage. I requested Friday deliver. The florist called my friend to get delivery information and then said they were getting ready to close up shop for the day so they would just deliver them on Saturday instead. When I got to the party and saw what they delivered, I was shocked and embarrassed. It was ridiculously small, and did not look at all like the one on the website. The pic on the left is what they advertised - the one on the right is what they delivered. What a scam. When I called to complain, I got lots of excuses and a promise to refund some of my money. They still have not refunded my money. I told the florist on the phone that I felt like they didnt think I would see what they delivered since I live in Atlanta and they thought they could get away with delivering less than what I paid for. She said an employee made a mistake and sent the smaller one. And the card was wrong! Very unimpressed and would never recommend this florist shop

Have to do it - DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. Changed the delivery date of the flowers my 8 and 11 year old children ordered for their fathers funeral from Friday, the day before, to the morning of without permission or notification. I had originally placed order through ProFlowers/TeleFlorda, so they are now claiming no responsibility despite the fact that they personally made a shady phone call to me the day before the funeral. Told the flower service more than once that they would still arrive. Flowers never came and no word from anyone until almost 4pm the day of the funeral. The owner of the compant is saying she notified the TeleFloral service that they could not fulfill the order, however TeleFloral has provided a recorded voicemail and email to me assuring that they personally spoke with this company and were more than once told that the flowers would arrive before the time of the funeral. Thank God there was a local woman used by the church that pulled together a beautiful arrangement for the kids at about 8:00pm the night before.

Some negative reviews almost prevented us from trying Paradise Flowers. Glad we went ahead anyway. Jean was wonderful on the phone helping us with our order for our parents 62nd anniversary arrangement. We just received an ecstatic phone call from Mom right after her "Expressions of Pink" arrangement was delivered, exclaiming they were the best flowers wed sent to her ever. They were delivered fresh, beautifully arranged and right when we wanted, according to Mom. Previously, weve sent flowers using one of the national florist services. Well go local again with Paradise after this very nice experience.

Rude! The quality is poor. Received a poinsettia (very small) and had a broken stem. Immediately after delivery (my husband received it) I called and explained it had a broken stem. Lady answered phone and said she would replace - did not ask for name of anything.... I called the next day again to let them know no one had come to deliver. Then someone called the next day and implied it was not broken and had to sign that it was in good shape..... all this for a poinsettia that I can buy at Home Depot for $5.99? Not satisfied at all with this florist.

I ordered flowers from here yesterday. I like to shop from locally owned and operated and this shop is exactly that. I live in Ohio and was ordering flowers for my girlfriends birthday (she is in Tampa). The woman who helped me was fantastic. The arrangement was big and beautiful and my girl loved them. I told her how much I wanted to spend and she made an arrangement that was amazing. I will definitely be ordering from the shop again. I called in the morning and they were delivered the same afternoon. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Paradise Flowers! They had exactly what I was looking for and at a great price too! I even received a special phone call from the owner, Jean, to confirm my details and although the distance to deliver was a bit far and the day I ordered was an extremely busy day at the florist- they still delivered my arrangement the same day as they promised! To sum up my experience with Paradise Flowers Inc- They exceeded my expectations and I really look forward to ordering from them again!

I have ordered flowers from several shops in the Tampa Bay area. But i was not satisfied with the quality of flowers, their customer service was poor, the arrangements were under value. A friend suggested Paradise Flowers Inc. After speaking to their Award Winning Designer I felt comfortable as she was able to advise me with what arrangements would be suitable for my special event. I was very pleased with their designs and quality of flowers and customer service. I will recommend this florist. Carol

Horrible service. I ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered on Monday. It is Thursday, and they are still MIA. One of the ladies who works there (and barely speaks English) has called and harrased me and has been nothing but rude the recipient. This woman called the recipient everyday and accused her of lying about when she would be home to have these delivered, yelled at her, and hung up on her twice. A nice jesture has become a bigger hassle for someone who is already grieiving.

Beautiful! I ordered an orchid for a retirement present and the recipient loved it. It was very tastefully presented with a replicated butterfly and far exceed what I expected. The orchid was delivered as promised in full bloom. I live outside of the Tampa area and rely on consumer recommendations for purchases. Paradise Flowers did an excellent job. I like when I can contact a florist, tell them my budget and ideas, and they exceed my expectations.

This business is the worst. I spent $175 on two dozen roses for my wife on Valentines Day and they forgot about the order. The worst part about it is they tried covering it up with lies. They said the delivery person was stuck in traffic and yet she had to ask me what it was that ordered. They are unprofessional and absolutely ruined my wifes Valentines Day. I hope everyone in Westchase reads this and refuses to do business with them.

Not very happy with my rose purchase, bought 3 roses in early afternoon for a friend the day before mothersday, put them in a vase with water 10 minutes later and by the evening the flowers wilted away !! Some of the petals haven fallen off already. When I bought the roses at the store I thought the price was very high and the roses had an aged appearance. I will pick another flower shop the next time.

Watch out for this place! Had them do the flowers for my cousins funeral... I paid extra for the deluxe, what I got was wilted, half dead flowers, and a very sparse arrangement! When I called the oriental owner, I spent 11 minutes on the phone with her arguing with me about the arrangement!! She only wanted to refund me $8.00 for a $75 arrangement!!! I ended up getting $50 of the $75 back FINALLY!
