I called Carrollwood florist very last minute, My best friend lost her dog, her fur baby. I wanted to send her a hibiscus plant which had very significant meaning to her with her dog. Carrollwood Florist did not have any hibiscus plants in that day so I thanks the gal and told her I would use them another time but I had to have a hibiscus. To my absolute disbelief, she said she would find me a hibiscus plant somewhere. She was going to go out and buy a plant elsewhere, clean it up, re-pot it and have it delivered within a couple of hours. My jaw hit the floor! Well, they delivered the most beautiful hibiscus plant with butterflies flying around it (which unknown to me was another symbol of my friends dogs death) within 1 1/2 hours of my phone call. This plant meant the world to my friend. I am so impressed with the customer service from Carrollwood Florist. You just dont come across businesses who truly care about the customer any more and They certainly do. Thank you Carrollwood Florist for making my girlfriend smile. The hibiscus and butterflies are planted in her dogs favorite spot in the yard. I most definitely will use you again!!

So First of all Id like to say never ever ever use proflowers express...... just a waste of time.... I contacted Carrolwood Florist at about 15mins after 4:00... (knowing that I probably wouldnt be able to place a same day order and have it delivered by 5:00, but to my surprise .... they were very understanding and jumped right on it) I called them because I was have an emergency delivery that needed to be taken care of immediately! in the time that they were on the phone with me they were able to place my order, make the flower arrangement, and have it out the door to be delivered by 4:25.... Great place to use if you want the job done! I am very pleased with how compassionate they are and how fast they were able to process my order... Thank you, Marybeth M. AKA: New customer for life!

I have ordered twice in the past year from Carrollwood Florist and Im just about to place my third order. Their service is impeccable and both times theyve driven all the way out to Palm Harbor (and not ever mentioned it, let alone called regarding distance) and always send me a confirmation text once they are delivered. Most importantly, the recipients--both times, have called me immediately to not simply thank me but to inquire where I found them, and to tell me they are "the most beautiful flowers I have ever received," Ive been ordering flowers and visiting flower shops from Belleair Beach to Orlando for the past thirteen years, (even including the best rated flower shops Ive ordered from in Los Angeles for friends/family out there) and I have to say Carrollwood by far out rank all the rest. I never take the time to write reviews for virtually anything, but I really felt compelled to share. If you are looking for not only reliable, efficient service but absolutely beautiful fresh arrangements which far outlast they rest, Carrollwood Florist delivers!

I have been a customer of Carrollwood Florist for over the past 8 years while I have lived both in Tampa and in the DC area, and without a doubt, Carrollwood Florist is hands down, the best florist shop that I have ever dealt with in my young 43 years of age. From ordering flowers for my girlfriend and her family and friends, sending fruit baskets to friends, or unfortunately having to send flower arrangements to funeral homes after the passing of a loved one, Carrollwood Florist has always went above and beyond in both product and customer service. Their flowers are amazing, so very fresh , floral smells, and beautiful arrangements. I could give the, a price range and the types of flowers that I wanted to send, and they were always spot on. In my opinion, Carrollwood Florist is the only place to get flowers, in the Tampa Bay area. I had Carrollwood Florist do my wedding flowers and I am so happy I did!!!! I was having trouble finding a florist that would make centerpieces and bouquets the way I wanted and within my budget. I spoke with Jaclyn and Nettie and they were just a pleasure to work with. All my bridesmaids and my bouquets looked absoloutely beautiful and I even used them at the reception to decorate the wedding party table afterwards. They made two gorgeous arrangements for the ceremony that were exquisite! The boutonierres and corsages came out the way i invisioned and my centerpieces were the talk of every table! The crew at Carrollwood Florist is so easy to work with, convenient and greatly priced! They delivered my flowers right to my room so i could take pictures before my event and set the centerpieces up perfectly. I will gladly reccommend Carrollwood Florist to anyone out there looking for a great florist!

I have purchased from Carrollwood Florist before, and so did not hesitate to order from them again. I found an arrangement that was one of their own designs, "The Coco" Liked it very much for its simple but elegant contrast of white flowers (with the palest of pale pink roses) to black square glass container with NO greenery, just white calla lillies, white casablanca lillies, roses and hydrangea. Again, no fern or any other green filler. I called the florist before ordering to ensure they had the flowers on hand to make this arrangement, and was told that they did. So, what a disappointment to see what was actually delivered. No hydrangea, appears something was substituted for that, and all of the filler greenery that I DID NOT WANT. This was their own exclusive design, so someone forgot how to make it? Why the change up? Took away the simple and elegant and gave it a touch of Walmart.
